I didn't have a positive experience as a patient using insurance at Realign. The office took five months to process a claim from a visit. One month after the claim was finally processed the office still hasn't issued a refund that's owed. There appears to be high turnover in the front office which likely contributes to slow processing and response times.

Dr. G and staff are absolutely wonderful. I came to this practice initially to treat an injury, and since then have been seeing Dr. G regularly for adjustments. He explains the details of treatment plans in a way that is easy to understand, and had great bedside manner. The staff is also incredibly accommodating and personable. The location is also extremely convenient - right off the Belmont stop. I would highly recommend Dr. G and this practice!

The current receptionist treated me so condescendingly that I went from a 20 year customer to being completely disgusted with this business and never going back. The staff used to be nice, now the person at the front desk doesn't want to help you, he wants to make your experience as frustrating as possible. Go to Chicago Spine and sports instead, they're much nicer.

I started going to Re Align as a suggestion from a friend. Absolutely awesome!
From bodybuilding and crazy workouts I have gotten recurrent Low back pain since high school, and have had an ongoing shoulder impingement/frozen shoulder for the last 7 years.
In the last 3 weeks the difference has been amazing !!!!! My shoulder range of motion is so much better, so much less pain than ever before improving daily.
I can definitely see and feel the difference at the gym.!

Amazing office. Incredibly clean, the front desk ladies are super politr and nice. Scheduling is super flexible and easy and its really conveniently located, right off the Belmont Red Line stop.
Dr. G is outstanding. I had been to a chiropractor before him who was horrible, but he got me back up and runningin a third of the time. He's super transparent about timelines, courses of treatment, and pricing. I was in debilitating pain when I went in and within a month he had me back living my regular life again.

I stopped in on a Saturday and asked if they take walk ins and accepting new patients. The receptionist said “certainly not on a Saturday- that’s when everyone wants an appointment” . She made me feel like I should not have even dared to walk in off the street without an appointment on a Saturday! She made no effort to ask if she could book an appointment for another time. Clearly they have all the business they need so I will take my business and insurance elsewhere. BTW the waiting room was empty! I would advise to go somewhere else if you expect professionals with good customer service

Do not waste your time at this place. I went in needing an adjustment and had previous notes from my chiropractor describing my issues and the adjustments I normally receive. ReAlign was running a special if you paid $50 it covered an examination and report of findings (a total of 2 visits). On my second visit Dr. Georgiou came up with an extensive treatment plan that required 4 visits a week for two months. After going over the plan he stated that he would do an adjustment and then I went through the other things on this plan such as therapy, icing, and stretching. I chose not to go through with

I have been going to ReAlign many years. I was morbidly obese and had trouble walking. My back and neck were always an issue. He helped me through those hard times and I got back on my feet and have been working out not with a trainer, something I never though was possible before. I have been so impressed and happy with this practice. Not only is Dr. Georgiou skilled, but he is truly compassionate. It shows in his character and actions. Their office is so accommodating with my crazy busy schedule, and they keep me align (literally!). Which has helped me stay sane. I also love how their end goal is for me to come there as a maintenance patient, and not forever needing adjustments. I had never been to a chiropractor in my life when I started experiencing some upper back pain. Initially a little nervous, I scheduled a visit upon a recommendation from a former colleague, and I am glad I did. I started with Realign during the holiday season of 2014, and now I'm essentially pain free, stronger, muscles looser and overall pleased with the results. I have lived in Chicago for almost 4 years now, and for 3.5 of them I refused to look for a new chiropractor (I have been seeing my chiropractor for about 15 years now). I found ReAlign & Dr Georgiou through my fiance who has been visiting the office for some time. Having been raised in a 'take two of these and you'll feel fine household', it was difficult accepting this more eastern way of treatment.
I came in with moderate and constant neck and low back pain. Dr Georgiou was thorough in assessing my condition and went to work. After a few weeks of treatment, things were markedly better. I am feeling great and just come in for periodic maintenance visits.
