Scheduling the appointment was difficult. I booked through their website, which uses the Zocdoc service. The clinic cancelled my appointment, but because their notification system is confusing, I didn't know my appointment had been cancelled until I had already shown up. I had to get rebooked for the following month. The front desk staff didn't seem very apologetic for the mistake, even though it was clearly their responsibility to have an online scheduling system that is intuitive and easy to understand.

The guy that books the appointments is unprofessional. Booked me an appointment 2 months in advance, then when I drive almost 5hours from Southern Illinois to my appointment he tells me he doesn't have me scheduled. Then argues with me over the phone about how it's my mistake and not his mistake. He was really rude and co descending over the phone so I drove there in-person and he didn't have that same energy. I asked to speak to the owner/manager and he says he is. I explained that his actions is unprofessional and asked for a refund of both payments.

Courtney was great - very knowledgeable and friendly, and gave a relaxing, restorative, and personalized massage. I would definitely return for another massage.

I received a 55-minute massage here yesterday (with a Groupon), and it was amazing!!! I'm unsure of the therapists name whom I received one from, but the experience is unforgettable! I can tell they are adept at the art of healing, as every move made worked out the exact spot I have been holding pain, knots, and/or kinks in my body. It was a blend of Thai massage with other techniques, and literally the best massage I've ever had. Well rounded, also the building is peaceful and clean. Thank you very much :)

The chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture treatments and massages from Dr. Z and Wayne over the past 2 months have been life changing. Initially, I got a dope Groupon for 3 acupuncture treatments and a massage because I had been battling chronic myofascial pain and a pinched nerve in my neck for years. I figured why not give acupuncture a try. I am so happy that I did because after just two months of treatments, I have no neck pain whatsoever.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I was having bad neck and shoulder stiffness. So, I decided to try cupping for the first time! I was nervous but the Dr. made sure I was comfortable and explained everything. I, most definitely have the relief I was looking for! I highly recommend and will return!

I’ve been coming here for chiropractic adjustments for a few years. I consistently have a great experience-Dr Z is efficient, friendly, listens to the back/neck/joint issues I’m having and addresses them. The non-insurance monthly plans are helpful for me to be consistent with getting adjustments done, too. Covid precautions in the office have been reassuring too.

Had a massage with Wayne through a Groupon my husband bought me for my birthday. Making an appointment was easy, everyone nice and courteous, and the massage was great.

Place is legit! I couldn’t tell if my issues were muscle or alignment related, but I love that they accommodate both! Super chill vibe and staff. Honestly look forward to going there each time. It’s July during the 2020 pandemic as I’m writing this so have yet to get a massage here, but will update feedback once I get into acupuncture and dry needling sessions.

Wow! What a great experience. This place is ideally located in the West Loop, cool and clean space, friendly staff and top-notch equipment. I’ve been to several chiropractic offices and this is by far the best and most comprehensive. Dr Z is awesome! I threw my back out and am already feeling much better after one treatment. 5 stars!
