Sessions can be geared toward nutritional plans to address health and disease, concerns with disordered eating, or lifestyle nutrition for everyday wellness. During the appointment I review medications, including potential interactions, medical history, and blood laboratory results. Together we navigate the best options for your personal health and personal goals.

Mindy was a huge help in both determining the root cause of some ongoing medical issues and helping resolve them through nutrition and supplements. She took her time in our appointment, actively listened to all my concerns and even followed up multiple times after my appointment to see if things were improving and to make sure all my questions were answered.
