Got my eyelash extensions here and while they come out beautiful the process is painful. After my 4th time getting it done I finally did my research and eyelash extensions are not supposed to hurt. I’m not too sure why the lady kept pinching my eyelids but it was very painful and I could no longer endure the pain. Lastly I find it a bit odd that I get my eyelashes in what seems like a supply closet… but besides long wait times, I do get my nails done here and they have done a great job. The workers are very friendly.

I had Linda give me a Pedicure on Friday. She was professional and a sweetheart. She took her time and did not rush, even though it was late. I love my nails! Note: I waited over an hour in a 1/2. I would like to have been told how long I would have to wait so I could make the decision to wait until tommorow.

It was insulting how basically penalize you if you are not spending $70 or more on your nails. I wanted the most basic of services. Tips with acrylic only. No polish, no real shaping. . It says 25$ for basic acrylic. . But because I was only wanting to spend $25 they decided to cut my nails down to a ugly short length. I don't get crazy in length but I would say average length. It took more steps to make sure all my nails were short and basically ugly. What they don't say is that for a medium length nail it will be $60...so disappointed with my new ugly and VERY SHORT square nails.

Most terrible place i’ve been too Not professional at all!!! I was most definitely over charged I asked how much just a simple color acrylic set would be and i got told 100$ !! Never in my life have i been charged so much for such a simple set and as she is about done with my nails she tells me it’s actually going to be $120 so i do not recommend this place…and something needs to change at this establishment as i feel as i got completely scammed !

I really liked this place a year ago...but they have been too inconsistent. The shop is always a mess now, I understand they're busy but the water cooler has brown stuff coming out if it. I always get some kind of attitude from the techs and my nails never last as long as I want them to! The customer service just isn't as great as when I first went. I took my daughters to get their nails done for the first time. We showed pictures from Final Touch Nails' instagram and the nail techs said they could do it. My nail tech Stephanie was really nice but wasn't entirely honest about skill... Helen did my daughters and it was spot on and Kim did my other daughters pretty well. The nail I wanted most was the nail that couldn't be done, I wanted the spider web, the only reason we went to get our nails done. Got here and waited TWO hours to get my nails done. They kept taking new people and saying it'd only be one hour. Two girls walked in - after me and two other people and asked how long and if they could have a specific person do their nails - she said yes come back in an hour. Finally it got to me being up next and those girls come back - they took them in front of me and the two other people just because the nail lady they wanted had just finished who she was working on. Final touch did a great job on my dip nails and pedicure. Their location is convenient (in a shopping center next to Fry's) and prices are reasonable compared to other nail salons I have been to. Note that they take walk ins only, so plan to arrive early to avoid waiting for a spot. We got there around 11am and only waited a few minutes. However by the time it was 1pm, there was an hour long wait on a Friday. They mentioned that they are usually very busy on Fridays.
Masks were mandatory when we went, so be sure to bring one with you. Also, don't forget to bring cash for tips!

The lady who did my nails was so rude. She was constantly shouting at me assuming I wasn't going to pay and ignored me when I asked questions or try to converse. In addition to that, I felt uncomfortable the whole time and she was constantly questioning my selection and tried to talk me out of what I wanted to do. Very disappointed. On top of that I was definitely overcharged, which I know because my friend and I went together and she got designs and rhinestones, while I got a plain color, and we were charged the same. I live in OroValley but drive to PHX to get my nails done. I literally make it out of a day trip. I could go a month without a nail breaking! Well I went to Final Touch and was pleasantly surprised by all their awards. It was packed before Easter! It felt warm and inviting. I wait about 45 min before I sat at a station. My natural nails are long so I get powder dip and a shellac pedicure. I was excited I finally found a nail salon in Tucson. It was clean and you are acknowledged when you walk in the door. I moved here last year and I was looking for a nail salon that could meet my wants. After failing miserably I landed on this place. My nail tech Linda is the most professional, kind, and skilled technician I have ever had. She takes her time with her craft and you can feel her talent before she is even finished. Over a year I've broken maybe two nails and I get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks. She is worth every bit of money she earns and I will never go to another nail tech.

You check in on a tablet which in my opinion is really organized, they don't take appointments only walk ins so it's a good way to keep the wait list going. I had to wait a little longer than I'm used to but it was worth the wait. The salon itself is really clean and all of the staff were really friendly! Worst nail experience I've ever had! I brought a picture in so the nail tech could copy what I wanted, the my turned out nothing at all like I wanted. They are all uneven, different shapes and lengths. AND it was so painful, I had to ask the tech to be more gentle and kept saying ow! And pulling my hand away over 12 times! I literally counted because it got so bad. Never ever ever coming back. Robert does a great job, but would never recommend any other tech.

Took my mom and this was the end result. The paint job was done 8/10 but even after mentioning about scrub and the dead skin left on her feet, it was not taken care of. The excuse was that they have been out of work for a few weeks due to COVID19. I don't accept this as a reason, I personally will not pay above average price for a job like this.

Everytime I go to the salon at least two people are already waiting just to see her and they dont take appointments.....so this should tell you everything. Even if it's an hour wait..its worth it! An hour wait worth fabulous nails!
