Love my nails Le did awesome as always and my first Chrome experience was everything i hoped for! Been to a few different places in Tucson and haven't been as happy and as comfortable as I have been since I started going to Classy nails. They even stayed an hour and a half past close to finish a very tedious design on my nails and I'm completely in love with them!

Such a good spot! Got French tip with dip and glitter over couldn't post picture but they were so pretty !! I also had a milk n honey pedicure with a massage... by far the best spa experience I have ever had !! the music was very soothing and just had a great vibe the whole way throug.Totally recommend this place !❤

I’ve come here 3 years because the previous salon I went was horrible and did my nails very bad and broke off. But I truly loved this salon at first. My nails always looked good and lasted. But slowly my pedicures were turning out worse. My toe nails were over cut and polish was on my skin. I noticed nail techs reused plastic throwaway filers. BIG NO NO at a salon. Barbicide test even says to throw away after one use! I got acrylic nails done and I was horrified. I cried going home. My nails were chunky and curled. I asked for square and got rectangle instead. My nails were done less then a week

I went to Classy Nails on a whim. It was 2 days before Christmas and everywhere was packed! My existing nail tech was out due to COVID and I had to find somewhere fast! Out of 6 salons I called, Classy was the only one willing to take me at such short notice. I had my nails done at another salon as soon as I found out my nail tech was out, and hated them since the moment I walked out. I did not want to have them like that for Christmas. QUAN took me to his station and I proceeded to tell him that I had 45 minutes to be out of there and asked him to please do what he could, even if that meant walking

Love this place so much! I am so so picky when it comes to getting my nails done and always have a hard time finding a tech who checks all the boxes. Today I had an acrylic overlay by Quan and they came out amazing! He was so attentive and even picked a perfect color. The nails came out so even and perfectly shaped. Will definitely be returning and suggesting Quan to all my friends!

I got my nails done Saturday morning and was taken right away. I wasn't expecting to sit down for a simple full set for an hour and a half. My nails were halfway through the process and I noticed all of them were slanted and when I asked the lady if she could file them straight she seemed surprised that I had to keep telling her to fix things. It's been a day and my nails are lifting and chipping. And they're super thin. Super bummed bc I heard so many good things.

I asked for a gel manicure and a full set. Most places I have gone to I get my cuticles pushed, cut, and added cuticle oil after, not here. I just had my nails painted. Not to mention the nails being all different shapes and sizes, and rigged. I do not recommend, you get what you pay for.

I went here for the 5th time at 4:30 everything was good, they got me in. I never had any issues before. Then I tell them I wanted fall colors, picked them out and show which toe, color, etc. it was a very good pedicure. He did the colors backwards & removal not the color I chose from what I said but I didn't complain. I told him that one of the colors on the toes (he picked) I liked a lot and wanted all my colors that on my hands. I said this 4 times as I saw him grab other colors. I kept trying to stop him from continuing so he didn't have more work but there was a huge barrier

I came here to not to drag down this nail salon…. But maybe to improve the quality. Every time I’ve come here for acrylics they lift within a week and a half. I’m used to my acrylics lasting 3 weeks with no lifting. I’m not sure if there is a step that’s being missed? They look amazing when I leave the salon but I’d love for them to last. The pedicures are great! Hope this is helpful

Tricia was gentle, extremely accurate, and kind. I have literally never gotten a better nail shape from anywhere else. I was a walk in and they took me right away and didn't make a face when all I wanted was a simple gel manicure. Decent price too. Plus they are next to a fantastic bubble tea place called ChaTime.
I needed this experience. I'm having an utterly horrible week, and Classy made it a little more bearable than I thought I could expect

Here's the skinny. I want to hate this place (you can't tip through the credit card and they have an atm that charges $3 if you don't have cash) BUT I get the best pedicures and manicures by a guy that's name might be John. He seems angry and constantly moves my feet and hands around like they are always in the wrong place or they are at the wrong angle.
THAT BEING SAID he does the most accurate mani-pedi I've ever had. It's like he is OCD about it and does a fantastic job. From the length, shape and polish my nails are perfectly done...ALWAYS.

I've been here a few times and each experience has been different, which is a bit unsettling when you ask for the same exact service every time you visit a salon. My boyfriend and I had the same pedicure but got different techniques. I feel like my tech missed a lot of dead skin on my feet but his feel amazing.
My fingernails are so weird. I like a french manicure look, but each nail this time has a different shape individually, and some even differ from one side to the other. My tech also couldn't understand me at all so the lack of communication was tough even though she was very sweet
