Great service. I took two laptops which I thought were unrepreable, and I was very much impressed with the results. You will never hear a "no" for an answer from these guys. Cesar is very polite and professional, and will tell you exactly what the problem is.

They tested my laptop and after 1 hour told me they didn't have the needed parts. Gave me back the laptop without the wireless mouse that was connected to the USB.
Tried to call them, number was disconnected.
Emailed them, no response.
Not impressed at all, there are 50 other laptop sales and service companies in the same complex.

Stay away from their Amazon account. They have a shady online business and seem very stingy when it comes to refunding money when it comes to returning products. I'm sure they are great at fixing and repairing, but they have a horrible business model and there customer service has really turned me off. IBC, is it company policy to not refund money? Is it company policy to not reply to emails? You guys like to refer to your invisible company policy often, so I just needed to know.
