I called Dante on a Sunday morning in a state of panick, my laptop wasn't accepting my pw. He not only took my call but offer me to bring the computer to look at it the same day.
We even went to Best Buy to get the parts.
Problem fixed the same day.
Extremely knowledgeable, patient, spoke in a way even the least computer wavy person would understand. Reasonable price.

Dante is very good at his job. Very hands on and fast respond. I messaged him on the last minute and he manage to squeeze me in and fixed my computer in minutes.
