WOW! What a great experience. Went to another local Sonoma county dentist and purchased new dentures after three attempts of trying to align my dentures I had to seek other help. I made an appointment at Dr. Alfords office. I saw Dr. Alfords RDAEF2 Shaleena Sedano. The first viset was so easy I could not believe it! Shaleena was amazing. The impressions were a walk I'm the park. I felt so comfortable. Then later that day I came back to for my new relined teeth and could not believe it. They fit like a glove thanks to Shaleena.

Dr. Alford is very kind and knowledgeable. The kind of dentist not out just to make a buck , he truly has the patients needs in mind when deciding a treatment plan. This office would be great for anyone who doesn’t need to have a full or even partial denture made. As they aren’t skilled in this area. My experience was more close to traumatic for me as his staff ie assistant and office person completely railroaded me . Apparently the patient is only allowed to have 2 fittings before they deem the patient as being too difficult to deal with. As they did to me . I’m now stuck with a full upper

I have never been to a better dentist. NEVER.
I first went to Dr. Alford after getting an outstanding referral for him from a friend.
My friend was right! Dr. Alford did an amazing check-up. Not only used more advanced (comfortable) x-rays, but he used a special oral camera that found tiny cracks (from silver fillings), tapped my teeth, measured my gum loss and even used a special laser that checked for hidden decay. He was more thorough and more professional than any other dentist I've ever seen. I've never had such modern equipment used, nor experienced such a high level of expertise

Unfortunately, this dentistry has really gone down hill. They used to be great...The staff is still nice, but they have given me a lot of problems lately. I have always paid on time, always showed up to my appointments, but I think I'll be going elsewhere from this point out. They're scattered, confuse appointments, and I've heard a couple stories regarding one of their techs being a B-word.

Hands down, Dr. Alford is the best dentist I have seen in my 63 years. Dr. Alford's office is state-of-the-art technology with digital and panoramic x-rays to watching movies on a headset while he is doing a procedure. As well, Dr. Alford is so knowledgeable and talented, in addition he is so kind and caring, ensuring his patients never experience unnecessary pain or discomfort.
Dr. Alford's staff is wonderful and they are super friendly, cheerful and make me feel welcome.
I highly recommend Dr. Alford and his staff for all your dental needs, he is the best in Sonoma County!
