Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are the heart of our general nursing and restorative care programs. They focus on providing care and comfort while striving to enhance the joy and dignity of life. Our restorative CNA assists residents in achieving their highest level of practical functioning, while our psycho-social CNA helps our activity director in presenting an array of social events and recreational activities.

My mother is here until we can get her situated for our home. I've read through quite a few of these reviews and I'm very surprised to read what I'm seeing. This facility has demonstrated the utmost care and concern for their residence (I and my wife frequent the facility alot) and we have jobs. Each time there is a concern you can speak to one of many staff members that will assist you with your loved one or they will find the staff member that should be assisting you in your concerns or needs. First we must remember that the facility is here to assist us with our loved ones as their going through

I would leave zero stars if there was an option to do so. My sister had been admitted for PT, but because it was a holiday weekend there were no therapists available. Understandable. She expected basic care until Tuesday, including medications. She is diabetic, has fibromyalgia and high blood pressure. Do you think she could get insulin? Or any of her other medications? She asked multiple times and no medication came. Her roommate had the same issues. After three days, my sister was forced to return home even though she could barely walk. I can’t even believe that this dreadful place is considered

Alpine Health and Rehab is a wonderful place to work. Co workers are supportive, caring, and truly enjoy their jobs. We all look after each resident with care and compassion, no matter what department we work in. As far as the building is concerned, it is very clean and COVID protocols are followed. I could not and would not work at a place that comprised resident integrity, choices, etc. I would place my 95 year old grandma here if she lived in Florida!

My mother thankfully ONLY had a 2 day stay at The Alpine a couple weeks ago. So this is a CURRENT REVIEW !
My Dad felt like crying after Moms admission when he left her to go home due to shape of the kind of place she was in.
My first impression as I went there was parking was horrible. Too far to walk especially if your disabled like me.
When entering the strong smell of urine fills the halls

Awful experience, my 92 year old grandmother was a resident there within the first couple of weeks she fell in the bathroom unattended had a head injury required stitches, fell again out of chair with a head injury. There were visible signs of physical abruse I reported it I was told that it didn't meet the criteria for DCF. Please don't take your love ones there the place is out dated, unskilled staff including administration. I replaced my grandmother ASAP!!! Needs to be shut down ASAP I feel so sorry for the poor residents that has no one to look after them.

Hi everyone,
I was visiting yesterday and today the center where my only one family in this country, My uncle Jose Ramirez Lorenzo are receiving treatment and care about his heath situation today.
The professional staff in this center work hard i can say that today.The center look very nice and clean for me. The center have numerous CNA group or certified nurse assistant to provide the most efficient possible service to the patient there.
Personal note: I knew my uncle Jose Ramirez very well and he feel good in the center but my uncle Jose Ramirez is missing his territory in Ybor city Tampa
