I was suffering from severe thoracic/rib pain. Dr John treated me with manipulative therapy and prolotherapy injections. Both techniques helped tremendously and I’m no longer in pain. As a manipulative and musculoskeletal provider myself I can attest at how well Dr. John provides care to his patients.

I highly recommend Dr. John Broussard. I went to him four weeks ago for guided ultrasound PRP injections for arthritic thumb pain and knee discomfort. He is very caring, knowledgeable and an amazing ultrasonographer. . He explained the procedure in detail and took time to answer all my questions. I appreciate that he called me the day after the procedure to be sure I was doing well. I will follow up with Dr. Broussard about how this works long term, and I would not hesitate to utilize his services in the future and recommend him to others.

This review is well overdue. Dr. John and Dr. Brian are great! I have seen both on different occasions and have had nothing but pleasant experiences.
I train rather intensely and have had a many little unusual injuries and they have the knowledge base, professionalism and friendliness to get me back up to speed and help me understand what they are doing and why it is going to help!
Healing takes time, they do a awesome job of cutting that time down fast!

Amazing experience! Dr. Broussard took the time to scan my ankle, back, hip, & hamstring in real time to develop a comprehensive plan to treat multiple injuries at once. The Dr. then performed a series of injections under guided ultrasound and the relief was pretty much instant. I was compensating a lot more than I had realized and developed some muscular imbalances & soft tissue issues that were treated very efficiently, and the process was pretty much pain free! I was at the Saint Pete run fest and ran into the guys at Alliance region & Rehab ( John and Brian). I described the issues I was having on my neck and lower back. I had the pain on my neck for about a year now. After seeing them with a quick session they removed my neck and back pain. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I was treated by Dr. John Broussard earlier this week. I woke up about 3 weeks ago with terrible neck pain and nothing I was doing at home helped. Got in with Dr. Broussard very quickly and have to say his work is amazing. My neck feels a million times better, all from the work he did! No medicine needed! I would 100% recommend him to family and friends :)

After being in pain for three weeks as a result of a running injury, I went to see Dr. John. He was able to diagnose the root of the issue (which a sports orthopedic I had seen was not), and he provided me with immediate relief through needling and manual work. I was able to begin running again within 48 hours. As I follow up I saw Dr. Brian for additional cupping, needling and manual work. Through their treatment I was pain free and quickly able to increase my mileage.

Both Dr. John and Bryan Broussard are the most caring, motivated, and patient-centric healthcare providers i have ever met. I had been struggling on and off with back pain for several years when I decided to try Alliance Regen & Rehab. I had never even heard of prolotherapy before my assessment. Dr. John was able to see some problem tissue right away using ultrasound technology and recommended we give it a try. After only two prolotherapy treatments coupled with several weeks of physical therapy with Dr Brian I had noticed a huge difference.
