What a disaster! Swampy inaccessible mess on the side of our home. They admittedly agreed this was a grading mistake. Instead of helping by putting in French drain in for the neighbors as they did with us they refused. No grading work has been done. We are having erosion issues due to this mess. Also posted in Google reviews I just felt the photos just didn't make it!

I had a terrible experience with a sales rep name Tison at ICI's Woohaven development. You can read my full review on Google. Unfortunately, ICI doesn't allow people to post photos on their Google page or their Google reviews. The Woodhaven community floods and ICI refuses to address it. Here are attached pictures.

Having served 20 years on active duty, and purchased and sold a number of homes, our home buying experience with ICI Homes is without question the worst, and it isn't particularly close. We are now nearly four months past closing and still have several items from our pre-closing walkthrough that have yet to be fixed by the ICI Homes team. For a company that touts customer satisfaction and quality, I had much higher expectations of ICI Homes.
