Dr. Kozlowski is one of the best chiropractor I've been to. He is thorough, knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, and really cares about his patients and their well being.
I went to him because of worsening pain in my neck and lower back. Throughout my visits, he'd always listen carefully to my feedback and re-adjust his plan according to my progress.

For years I have been having back issues and never thought about Chiropractic work on myself. I am a mechanic and also work a desk job. I am so happy I finally did. I can sleep longer and have better movements that used to bother me. With working from home and sitting for long periods I have had neck and back issues but DR. Mike is by far the best Chiropractor I have ever been to! He explains everything to you before hand so you are not guessing what he is doing and he takes the time to listen to you and never rushes us out. Mike was a huge help with my 13 year old daughter as well. She had never been and was quite nervous. He immediately put her nerves at ease, she’s a young athlete and the adjustment was exactly what she needed. 😊 Our entire family highly recommends Forever Oak Health Center!!!

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Kozlowski and Forever Oak! Not only do I come out of adjustments feeling better, but the exercises he prescribes really take into account the needs of my body’s development, so that I’m strengthening what is weak and becoming more injury resistant. Plus they play some choice tunes and have a relaxed but professional atmosphere. They’re great!
