Soft tissue injuries have been known to occur when muscles are very tense and contracted. They can also happen as a result of sprained soft tissue from sudden trauma like a sprained ankle. When dealing with a soft tissue injury, you may feel weak muscles, pain, and less ability to move around freely.

I went to Ally about 6 months ago due to chronic low back pain. I completed about 6(?) weeks of therapy. I've now been pain free for about 6 months! I've never been pain free for this long in about 10 years and I'd forgotten what it was like to live this way. I'm convinced that Mike is a magician and I'm so grateful!

My family doctor referred me to Ally Physical Therapy. I originally spoke with Dr. Rob, the owner, and I explained my specific needs and shared my surgeon's prescription. He made me feel comfortable Ally Therapy could not only provide this specific therapy, but he could assign a physical therapist who had this specific training and certification from one of the best Rehabilitation Institute's. My therapist first called me to discuss my needs, her specific training and how this specific therapy could be beneficial. When we first met she took the time to thoroughly evaluate my current therapy needs

Thank you, Thank you! To all the fantastic staff at Ally Phy. Therapy in Pottstown, PA. From day one of my Therapy, I knew I was in "good hands".
Each session showed a gradual improvement and my Therapist M. Woody offered many suggestions on how to continue my re-hab at home between sessions. So pleased I found Ally Phys. Therapy--it was a life saver!

Having exhausted all avenues of medical remedy, for pain that was diagnosed as arthritic, I was advised to seek physical therapy at ALLY Physical Therapy, where after testing, my therapist correctly diagnosed my condition as likely a pinched-nerve. Together we embarked on a plan of loosening, and strengthening . . In less than three months of bi-weekly appointments my pain has completely ended. There aren't enough words to adequately describe my gratitude . . . .

I highly recommend Ally Physical Therapy. I’ve had reasons to visit several physical therapy facilities over the years, and Ally is without a doubt the best I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is courteous and professional, as well as warm and friendly. Unlike other places where you get assigned to an assistant or an aide, the therapists here give one on one, hands on attention. I see Dr. Rob, who is absolutely amazing. He cares deeply for his patients, he’s funny and a great conversationalist, but most importantly he’s highly skilled and knows how to get good results. If you are in need

Dr. Rob is amazing. I have had chronic lower back pain for the past 4 decades. I've tried physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, different disciplines of massage therapy, and most therapeutic recommendations under the sun. Because nothing I tried offered immediate, nearly immediate, or prolonged results, I gave up on looking for relief from professionals. I would cease all activity and rest my back for days, or weeks, until I could function with reduced pain. Recently, I was suffering another bout of immobilizing lower back pain. This time, I broke habit and called Dr. Rob, at

Dr. Katie is the bomb! But seriously folks, after surgery to repair a torn meniscus in my right knee, Dr. Katie got me up and going in no time. She is super energetic and that energy transferred to me and encouraged me to push myself to get better. She made PT fun. Her knowledge and commitment to excellence are unparalleled. She provides excellent care and encouragement, and will certainly motivate you to recover quickly and confidently. Now, it's been 2 months since my surgery and I feel like I am back to my old self again. Can't wait to hit the slopes this winter. Thank you Dr. Katie
