You do not need a physician's referral or prescription to attend physical therapy. In Pennsylvania (and most other states) you can make an appointment with a physical therapist directly, without needing a physician's referral. While your physician may give you a recommendation and your insurance plan may guide you with regard to who is "in network, " the decision as to whom you see for care is up to you.

Absolutely amazing people!!!!! So compassionate, motivating, and supportive in everyway possible! I had to leave my favorite PT place and looking for a new place let alone starting a new place was not a good feeling. I am soooo glad I chose Taylored! I knew the moment I walked through the front door it was the perfect fit!!!! Thank you Lindsey and Kate!!

I have required physical therapy several times over the past 30 some years for various sports injuries, surgeries, and now for spinal stenosis and hamstring tightness and have been to numerous therapists. Nate Taylor is the best I have ever experienced. His extensive knowledge and dedication to his patients is second to none. No other therapist has shown so much personal concern and taken so much time including manual hands-on therapy. I have had the opportunity to get to know Nate personally as well. He is not only the best therapist I've encountered but is also a real family man. In addition

I suffered a severe car accident which caused L4-L5 disk herniation and nerve pain. The best decision I made was to go to TPT for treatment. Everyone treats you like family and are unparalleled with the service they provide. Nate and Lindsey spent an incredible amount of time providing manual treatment and exercises "taylored" to my functional goals. The student physical therapists they had were amazing as well. The environment was kept very clean and sanitized frequently which is comforting knowing the state of the pandemic. If you're looking for the best place to have physical therapy in the

I would highly recommend TPT to any of my friends and family. Nate is an amazing Physical Therapist (and I have been to many). I actually look forward to going. It is a calm and pleasant atmosphere and Nate is enjoyable to be around. He takes his time and really pays attention to your needs. I see him at Ampersand Integrative Wellness. The entire building is following CDC protocol and we work one on one. This is especially important to me during the state we are in right now.

My doctor recommended I see Nate just over a year ago for hip pain caused by bursitis, and I am so grateful. I was having a lot of chronic pain and difficulty sleeping. Working with Nate has decreased my pain dramatically allowing me to engage in the activities I enjoy and improved sleep. The individualized treatment Nate provides is way beyond therapy I received elsewhere. Thanks to Nate and his great staff for taking such good care of me!

An orthopedic doctor wrote me a script when I saw him for a cortisone injection. Since having a stroke, the rotator cuff injury is the least of my concerns... but of course the rotator cuff problem was what I got the shot for, hence the script. I asked my wife if she recommended Nate Taylor for my physical therapy. She said that he would provide me with a tailored home exercise program (HEP) for rotator cuff (RTC) range of motion (ROM) and strengthening. (The script calls them HEP for RTC ROM. Lol.) Nate listened to me explain my stroke problems that must be addressed first, and he did indeed provide
