I made an appointment to have my rings serviced and resized today. The lady who helped us was absolutely unprofessional and unknowledgeable. When asked what the cost for the service was, she kept asking us to add the numbers she was telling us. Yes, we can absolutely add numbers together, but a better customer experience would be for her to show us the cost of each service and the total. It wasn't until I asked her to show me the price breakdown that she went to get a calculator. She gave me a price quote, to which I said sure.

A day or two after my trip, I got a call from the store manager Gary. He sent me the earring backs by UPS and I received them not long after. I appreciate the follow up to my feedback and how professionally it was handled. It was a beautiful day out with my princess took her to get her ears repierced. The two workers were very polite extremely helpfull when my daughter was throwing the worst fit ever because she was scared the assistant manager got a teddy bear out of the back room and comfort my princess. Highly recommend for timepieces jewellery or just a quick pierce.

The dude and I came to Kay Jewelers on 4/3/21 as we are wanting to find the perfect princess ring so whenever he pops the question he has an idea of what I like and my expectations. Don't meant to be harsh or superficial but some rings are just not my type and I want something I am happy to wear as Some people don't think that a woman should do that as it is the man that picks out the ring and gotta trust he will pick out something the woman would love and be grateful xD Nope not that chick. My husband bought my engagement ring here and we have to say JACK is our guy!!. He treats us so great. He is so kind! We went back and bought our wedding bands and more. We have bought a number of rings at the stores and I've had good luck but they primarily promote their no interest payments for years.

They let you have a payment plan which makes it easier to spread the payments out.
The only advice I have is to hunt around and do comparison shopping because identical rings are

On 12/20/18 my daughters now fiance purchased a solitaire ring for her to propose. During the checkout the sales person hand wrote a coupon stating that between Jan-May of 2019 they could come back to purchase wedding bands and for every $300.00 spent they could get $100.00 off. When the, again, hand written coupon was presented they would not accept it stating that it can not be used on clearance items which was not verbally or stated in writing on the coupon at the time it was presented to us. We went to this store on Nov 17th, 2018 and the experience there was the best one ever on a jewelry store. We have been to a lot of stores, but the hospitality of this Kay store was indelible. Ester, Leslie and the store manager happily helped us through to come to a decision. They gave their personal opinions which got us good deals. This outlet had a huge stock apt for all the occasions from wedding to casual. In the end, we purchased the products with full contentment. This was possible with the efforts of theirs as well which acted as a catalyst to get us purchases worth buying for.

Have visited this location many times and purchased several items for myself and my family. It's a great feeling when you visit a store and you're greeted by familiar faces and welcomed by associates by your first name.
Gary, who typically helps us, is always courteous and professional and we always welcome his vast amount of knowledge on the variety of products they offer. Yes you can find some of the same products at different retailers for less and they understand if you buy elsewhere, but 90% of the time, their prices are the lowest around.

I am always super satisfied when I come to the Kay store, and I am not always a very easy person to please. Gary has been such a helpful and accommodating person! My then boyfriend and I looked at rings back in June. They made it a super comfortable experience. Pre-Engagement: I was walking around with my boyfriend of 9 years and found the Kay's store by happenstance. We walked around and we're looking at all kinds of things. We decided to look at bridal sets just for fun. I start describing what I like and don't like. The sales lady brings us to a ring that is being discontinued. This was waaay back last year. I was going back there for a refund because my mom ended up not liking it (heart was broken but eh... mom's got materialistic / fine tastes that I can't yet meet.)
The employee/manager/sales representative processing my refund earned me back some respect for this business. She didn't have to because she's not gaining any profit from it, but she was very friendly and social with me during the process as if I was buying something from her. Wow. I am definitely not surprised at all of the 1 star reviews for this establishment. As others said, my experience was not the best I have experienced. They lack total customer service skills. At the time of negotiating, the sales person totally turned face, and even acted rude and acted like he did not want to help or even make a sale. I am sorry but when people shop for jewelery, knowing how much competition you have over you, the best thing you could offer is your customer service, that will either make or break the sale even if someone has to spend a little extra.
