Great team. I never felt pressured into making a decision. Nicole and Maggie are always available to answer questions and provide information. Dr. Hall takes the time to explain the process and expectations both pre and post surgery. By the time I had my surgery I was 100% confident I made the right choice and my results prove me right.

Shelie saved me!
I had horrible botox results from Westlake Dermatology and they were going to charge me a $100 fee just for a consult and couldn't get me in before I left for my wedding. I called Hall plastic surgery and told them the situation and Shelie came in early just to help me. She corrected my forehead and educated me on why Westlake left me such uneven results. If it wasn't for her taking mercy on me I would have looked awful on my wedding day! Forever grateful.

I just started going here last year for help with my skin. I love everyone who works there. I am probably a little more high need, and they answer all of my questions. I love their sales, and the fact that they actually remember who I am when I walk in.
I have had a dermatologist who could never recall who I was. I understand people are busy but the personal touch is so nice. Tricia is so warm and friendly. I love the front office staff too! Every service I’ve received so far has had positive results.

I had a plastic surgery procedure over 3 years ago at Hall Plastic Surgery in Westlake, results where not bad however my eyebrows are still uneven. A year ago I noticed a spot (scab the size of a dime) in my left sideburn. I went to my dermatologist and she scraped it off and sent it to pathology. Pathology was inconclusive. 6 months go by and the scab comes back with a vengence, larger now and thicker (the size of a quarter). Went to my dermatologist and she says "I fear for the worst I am going to refer you to a cancer surgeon". Two days later I am at the surgeon's and he

I had a breast augmentation with Dr.Hall back in 2013 and I've been so happy with my decision to have surgery with him! I've had about 4 friends who have surgery before me and their results were what lead me to come see him. He does a great job explaining the entire process to you from start to finish. I had been referred by a friend to this company, and was then sold to try it out when I saw a great-priced Groupon. Needless to say I will be using this office in the future for their services.
Very cool, comfortable vibe and decor throughout the entire lobby and each room, and helpful, accommodating staff.
Sandy, my lip tech, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and a perfectionist with my injections

Sadly after getting lip augmentation I was shocked on the price increase since I travel and used to love to come and have several things done ; this was the second time I questioned a price increase . But not only have they changed quite a bit they cant seem to keep staff. High turn over rate here. People that used to work here try to encourage me to go elsewhere but i remained loyal. But what happened to me was inexcusable not only did the front desk new receptionist ignore me when l questioned the high bill for the same filler that was used the last time, but she was rude and was strangely avoiding

I had a Groupon for Juvederm and a P.A. named Sandy did my filler. She put way too much on the side of my temple near my eyebrow. It turned into a big lump and it's been this way since getting the injections. I tried massaging it but it has not flattened out-it's been 7 weeks!

If I were the manager of a business which received a poor review, rather than writing the dissatisfied patient a justification note, schooling her in practice methods, I would call her to find out just what was said to make her feel the "bait and switch" service practice which she noted in her review. You've never even bothered to find out what was said to me, and have therefore missed the fundamental of good customer service practices.

I've been to this practice a few times. I received Picosure Laser Tattoo removal 4 times & Botox once.
Prior to this, I'd tried saving money on both Botox and Laser tattoo removal. Both times I'd had dissatisfying services. I have learned through subsequent research: Don't go to spas for these services, go to experts that are working with a doctor!
The Esthetician and Laser Technician knew what they were talking about. I had my expectations surpassed and the results were consistent.
The price is very affordable for the level of quality received here.
