Indigo Yoga Loft was born from the idea to create a vibrant community space where everyone was welcome, supported encouraged and loved. A space were judgements and competitive mindsets were left at the door, and where one was free to explore a practice unique to their needs abilities and desires.
Understanding that a community is not defined by physical walls but by a collective vibration I closed our physical location in the spring of 2021 and have embarked on a path where I am able to teach On Location and Live Stream classes at various sites throughout the South Hills of Pittsburgh and Washington County.My primary brick and mortar location is located within the Visions Reiki and Soul Spa in Strabane PA.

A passion for living one's best life is foundational to everything I do and offer. As a former healthcare worker, in direct and non direct patient care, I was always striving to keep balance in my life and my work; however, I was very tired, always felt behind and was constantly on the go more hours than I want to admit.

Such a great studio! Calm environment. Plenty of high quality props. Amazing instructors. I have tried many studios and this one is a winner. No crazy hot competitive yoga, just challenging classes for all levels of yogis. The instructors always provide options that allow you to either push yourself or dial it back. Jill is such a caring owner. Highly recommend
