I did the 30 day new student special and fell in love! I haven't practiced yoga in a very long time but everyone was so warm and welcoming and made you feel like you belong. We are all different in skill levels and there's no judgement. Once we are allowed back in due to COVID protocols, Ill be there!

This is an outstanding yoga studio, I'm so grateful I found it. The instructors are wonderful and so talented. They make everyone feel welcome, even if you are new. There are all different types of classes so there is something for everybody here, they offer great workshops as well. The studio itself is a super calming space. Highly recommend!

The owner, Erin, explains the poses clearly and guides the practice at a nice pace. She comes to my work and teaches an hour-long class every once in awhile and we all love it! She is so responsive to what we say we need that day and bases her poses around that on the fly, so impressive! Highly recommend.

Attended Amanda's restorative class this Sunday morning. The studio has a welcoming and elegant yet relaxing ambiance. The class was A Plus. Amanda began the class with a passage reading, and guided us through a gentle and restorative class. The offer to use essential oils like lavender upfront was unique and effective. It made my entire practice more relaxing. She offered lavender scented cool wash clothes during the Svanasana practice. The effect at the end of class was as if I'd had 60 mins of massage. My entire nervous system was calmer and I felt happier and more energy. Will go

This is the best and most welcoming yoga studio I have ever encountered. The beginner series is low-pressure and the instructor is incredibly encouraging and supportive. This is the place to fall in love with yoga, so glad I walked through those doors.
Update- I've been going here for 2 years now and still love it. They have added some new amazing teachers, just love everything about the vibe here. If you're worried you don't have a "yoga body" as I was, just know you are welcomed here and not judged. It's a peaceful place, so happy to call it my yoga home.

I just took a Vinyasa class at the studio. I am traveling and staying at the Hilton Garden in about 10 minutes away. It is a sweet, small Studio. Erin, the owner, taught my class and it was awesome. Love how she ended the class by putting a cold lavender washcloth on the foreheads of those of us who wanted them. Absolutely great. I highly recommend the studio.
