I have been a client of Frank Williams for over five years. He is a highly trained professional with years of experience. He is not only knowledgeable but a most compassionate and kind instructor, unfailingly cheerful and full of encouragement. He and Sterling and their colleagues offer classes for beginners, advanced students, Parkinson's patients and the elderly. They attend multiple workshops and continuing education classes each year. You won't find a better studio in Pittsburgh.

I did not have a good experience after signing up for two private yoga lessons for $150.00. The first lesson with Sterling, the owner, went well. I was provided with stretches to practice, as I had informed the owner that I had no prior yoga experience. I had completed a form which indicated that I have rheumatoid arthritis and other health challenges. I explained to Sterling that I wanted private lessons due to my concerns about my lack of agility and my potential embarrassment if I was unable to keep up with a class right from the start.
The second lesson was a disaster. I arrived on time for

This is not your ordinary yoga studio. These people are loving and caring and truly care about your health and wellness. You'll feel as if you are a part of something, part of a family and with friends. They will remember your name, no matter how many times you come or how long it has been. If you have a surprise day off work you will want to spend it with them and explore a class you have not taken recently. The teachers are all wonderful and it will be experience you will never forget.

Two weeks ago I decided to seek out a yoga studio for beginners and found rave reviews for Sterling. I stopped in and fell in love with everyone I met! Sterling and her staff were so welcoming and encouraged me to try a class that fit my work schedule.
I've tried 4 different classes so far and experienced something special with each instructor.
The classes are fun and I've never felt intimidated or unwilling to try a new pose since the instructors and classmates are so encouraging and accepting!

I have done regular yoga classes here, therapeutic yoga for back issues, and gotten massages and reiki treatments too. Sterling is incredible and surrounds herself with great instructors and practitioners too. I have taken martial arts for a number of years and though Sterling offers a lot of relaxation sessions there is still plenty of classes that make you have a great workout.
For yoga they are great at adjusting any workout to suit your needs, even in a busy group class. They really understand how our bodies work as well as yoga. I learned a bit there even if I only just had intuition about

Sterling is truly a renowned yoga instructor who understands your therapeutic needs. I can't thank her enough for helping me change my body and feel better every day. To compliment classes and privates, I'm also a regular with Sandy for massage. Look past the unusual location and go for the best in Pittsburgh.
