The restaurant is supposed to be the best in town but I have been really underwhelmed with what I ordered. Don’t order cheese fondue as they clearly don’t know how to make it. It was thick and grainy with flour or cornstarch flavor. The mixed drinks we bought were pretty decent. The rooms are very nice and I love that they welcome pets as my yorkie is a good boy and not a messy, noisy dog.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and I like the hotel. Front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. My room was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. I will definitely come back again to stay

Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious, bathroom was roomy, nice big shower, loved having mini kitchen setup. We stayed in a king room, top floor overlooking the river. Very relaxing will be back.

One of my favorite places to stay in Richland. Love the vibe of the foyer and greeting area. Not to mention the location to the water and walking path.

Maintenance, Maintenance, maintenance! For the price a person pays this facility should be flawless. Mabey it's a lack of communication from housekeeping to maintenance, not sure but showers should have full grout lines.

The Riverfront King Suite is very comfortable, directly facing the river and it's nice to have a second bath. The top floor "GrandCru" has vaulted ceilings as well. Nice hotel with convenient access to the riverfront walkway for an afternoon stroll.
My only issue here after two stays is a sort of gate-keeper approach to the dining and bar which does not make one feel welcome. They leave a reserved sign on all the dining tables, presumably to keep people from sitting down since the restaurant is more or less an extension of the lobby. Last time we sat down at a table and, after 20 minutes of servers

What a lovely place, the extra touches from the staff are wonderful. I'd recommend a room with a soaking tub and they offered bath salts. I was welcome to the room with a bottle of wine and chocolate truffles, just amazing.

Room was spacious, clean, and view facing river on 3rd floor beautiful! Very quaint and the staff friendly. Loved the soaking tub and robes in our room. Wished we could have stayed more than one night.

This hotel was fine for a one night stay. The room layout was nice with the soaking tub and riverfront view. It feels like a fairly new build, but weirdly the rooms seem to have very little soundproofing or insulation, so boats on the river and children running up and down the hall, slamming doors, etc were pretty noisy all night. On the whole, it felt overpriced for what it was. Certainly a nice enough place to stay, but we wouldn't plan to come back.

This is definitely a great hotel!! Complete with 24hr desk service even with COVID. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Our room had a spa tub and balcony overlooking the Columbia. A great breeze in the morning and beautiful view just as described on the website. Wonderful robes and comfortable bedding made for a relaxing stay.
