I live in Ohio and wanted to send some flowers to our daughter in law in Utah Valley who just had surgery. I called Flowers On Main and asked them to put together something cheerful and bright and deliver them to her home. They created a beautiful arrangement and delivered them the same day. My husband ordered a dozen red roses for our anniversary for me and had them delivered to my work. They “substituted” the arrangement for one with mixed flowers that included daisies, mums and only 2 roses. Somehow this flower shop thinks a bouquet of daisies and mums is an acceptable substitution for a dozen red roses!!! Here my sweet husband was just trying to do something romantic for me and all they did was argue with him all day when he contacted them to get it corrected. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! 😡😡😡😡

I am very disappointed. We have been ordering boutonniers for dances here for years. I paid $20 each for two of them this time and they looked so cheap. Usually I always choose them, because I didn’t mind spending extra for great quality. It made me sad. One of my daughters dates ribbon came off right when he put it on. I will have to find another shop for my next 3 girls dances.

Ordered flowers for my nephews funeral, was very specific about time needed (9 am) for early service. When I arrived I was told they had not started the arrangement and that maybe they could deliver around 11. Very unprofessional, nonchalant about situation. I love to support local business but will never order from here again.

We were told we could pick up our flowers right at 9 (when they opened) I showed up right at 9. There was a pile of customers waiting and no one with the key. We waited 25 minutes for an employee to show up with a key, he didn't even apologize for making us wait. Then they lose my order. Instead of working on it right away they start helping all… the other customers. finally they tell me they have to remake my order. Putting me 45 minutes later than I wanted to leave for my long trip to the cemetery for Memorial Day. I was told I was going to get double flowers, I definitely didn't. I will

It's been almost a year ago, but my friend was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2017 and I happened upon this cute floral shop and loved it! The ladies there were amazing and very helpful and their flowers were magnificent! My friend loves flowers so I decided any time I would visit Utah County, that is where I would buy my flowers! My fiancée and I flew from Texas to Utah to take bridal pictures. We called and searched for a great florist for a decent price (seeing as we were only using the bouquet for one day and then flying back to Texas). The other florists quotes were 2-3x the cost of what Flowers on Main charged us. We also didn't give them very much time to complete the order, but they still had it done to PERFECTION in just two days. All of our friends ask us who did our flowers! Beyond thrilled. Would recommend to any and everyone. Wish they had a store in Texas!

I've gone to these ladies twice now with last-minute needs and they have yet to disappoint. I'm always greeted with a smile and they get me the *perfect* arrangement for the occasion. My first request was a fruit basket for a friend and they literally went to the store, hand-picked the fruits, and had it all arranged and ready for pickup in no time. The second was tonight, getting some flowers for my girlfriend's dance performance, and I was in and out in ~15 minutes with a beautiful arrangement. Couldn't be happier!

WORST EVER!! My sweet husband sends me flowers on our Anniversary every year and EVERY time he has used Flowers on Main the flowers are terrible. Today I just received flowers and they look like weeds. They are bent and mostly dead. I never complain to my husband about them because it will hurt his feeling but this time there is no hiding it. You can't miss the vase of dead flowers on my counter. The last time they charged him for 2 dozen roses and 10 were cheap filler carnations. They are terrible. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I got my wedding flowers done by them and over all it was a good experience. It was simple to go in and pick out the flowers I wanted. The only thing was they told me I could have a certain flower and then week before my wedding said sorry that flower not in season. I had to switch it out with different flower, wasn't a huge deal but should have been told when I was ordering. When I received the flowers they were super beautiful. Only down fall is I got a flower crown but it was super tight on my head on my wedding day. I don't think I have a large head either. Almost didn't fit

For my sister's wedding we decided to use Flowers on Main initially because they were more reasonably priced than many of the flower shops we spoke to. We definitely made the right decision. The bridal bouquet was stunning, as were all the boutineers and corsages for the bridal party.
The fact that the flowers were beautiful and delivered on time is only a small part of the reason they deserve a five star rating.
