I’ve used this florist for a number of years, and have been very pleased with the quality and quantity of their arrangements, until this year. I decided to splurge on an arrangement for my wife for Valentines, and spent $160 on an arrangement, and added chocolate strawberries to the order. They told me they had plenty of notice and stock to make a wonderful arrangement. In the end, the arrangement I picked up was considerably smaller than my previous $80 arrangement, and the chocolate strawberries were not fresh- they were turning alcoholic. Blown away by the arrangement put together by Draper Flower Pros. I live in Arizona and wanted to send an arrangement to my brother and sister in law who just had a baby (in Utah). Something led me to call Draper Flower Pros and I’m so glad I did. I made a few requests, but left it completely in the florists hands. They said it would be delivered today and it was delivered just a few hours after I made the call. The arrangement is amazing and beautiful in every way. On Thursday, July 29th I ordered the "Today's Your Day!" bouquet from their website, which is a sunflower bouquet, for my mother's 60th birthday, as sunflowers are her favorite flower.
Instead, she received a bouquet of yellow daisies, which is a flower she does not like and frustrated me a bit because that was clearly not what I ordered. Also, although we were within the character limit for the message for the card, it did not turn out well(see picture).

Ok, so a colleague of mine who lives in New York reached out to me yesterday for suggestions on flower shops in Utah. I provided them Draper Flowers phone number. She called and over the phone ordered flowers for me to pick up and deliver to our boss. I showed up this morning and was blown away at how beautiful they were. I couldn’t be more impressed with this floral shop! The gal spent a fair amount of time talking to me over the phone as we worked out the details. I directed her to a photo online and they hit all the details perfectly. Not to mention that the flowers were unique and gorgeous! They were also able to deliver them within a few hours from the time I ordered which was super helpful since I waited till the last minute to place the order. Oh and she was willing to send me a pic of my order when I asked, just to be extra nice. I actually ordered two arrangements and the recipients LOVED them. Highly

I came in with my fiancé to have flowers done for our wedding. We asked for only greenery and some white roses. I went to pick up my bouquet and it was hideous.there were Lillie’s, red roses and baby breath. I called and asked if they could change it. I had my sister take it back to get fixed. She showed the florist what we wanted and they said “No problem!” We got it back and it still looked nothing like we asked. They took out the Lillie’s and baby breath. It was a pretty bouquet but I didn’t feel like I should have paid almost $100 for something I didn’t want. Remind you we ordered

I recently got married and decided to have Flowers on Main do the flowers for my wedding. I had worked with the new owner (James) of this shop for my sister's wedding when he was down at his old location in Lehi and he was amazing to work with again. My bouquet was even prettier than I had pictured in my mind. In fact all the flowers were perfect. I highly recommend Draper Flowers to everyone.

This place was amazing!! I came in, with a vague idea of something to get for my wife. Not only was the staff very friendly, and incredibly helpful (Talia especially) but they were fast, and very efficient. Highly recommended for anybody who is looking for help to make boutonnieres, corsages, bouquets, or just your random surprise gift for a loved one.

It was gonna be the three letter acronyms that starts with W and ends with F, but they remediated the problem and apologized. I found Flowerama during a search for alternative florist, then I heard great things about the location they got in Sandy, which I decided to place order online. Without realizing it, all the order placed online actually goes through their Draper store.
Scheduled the flowers to be delivered on a Saturday, and it never showed up... very disappointing and they do not work on Sunday, which I had to wait until Monday to contact anyone about it. They ended up delivering them

Service is horrible I waited for a while to get some service even though I was the only one in the shop and i wanted a simple bouquet of daisies and roses they said the cant make it didn't give me any other explanation or other suggestions so I left very unhappy don't go here if u want flowers obviously they don't care to sale them.
