My boyfriend (now husband) stumbled upon The Rose Shop while looking for a local florist to create an arrangement using a unique type of rose, The Rose Shop was the only one in the Salt Lake Valley that could accommodate him. That was 2 years and 15 arrangements ago. He loves to surprise me with beautiful arrangements...just because, and I love the arrangements because they are incredibly beautiful, colorful and last a long time.

Went in looking for a simple congratulatory arrangement for opening night of my daughter's play. I don't think they usually have pre-made arrangements, but they asked my price range and quickly put together a beautiful arrangement for me. They also were very kind and eager to help with me needing a gift for my wife, who is not a fan of flowers at the moment. Helped me pick out a very unique vase as a gift, and again, quickly arranged some artificial greens/blooms to spruce it up. My daughter received a wrist corsage for a school dance that was made at the Rose Shop. The corsage was beautiful, but totally fell apart less than an hour into wearing it. Her date was embarrassed and felt bad that her corsage fell apart. There was no wire holding it together, it was simply hot glued. I contacted the company to let them know of the problem, thinking they had a new employee or something, and was told that they just hot glue all their corsages. I wouldn't buy a corsage or boutonnière here if that is the way that they are constructed.
