I went in for a consultation for a breast explanation (removal of 20 year saline old implants) and lift and from the minute I met Dr Halpern, I knew he was the right fit. He was very caring and took his time and always made my concerns feel valid and that he truly cared. I had the surgery in June 2021 and every step of the way I was taken such good care of. My results are better than I had hoped for and the time he took to create my new look was incredible. He is very strict about pre-op and post-op care but with your best interests and best healing in mind. I wished I would have had this surgery

Hi Everyone I had my explant surgery on Friday January 8th. I had so many symptoms of BII but was completely discouraged by so many doctors that didn't believe or simply just hadn't researched it enough. I was lucky enough to hear about a plastic surgeon in Tampa, close to were I live. His name is Dr Joshua Halpern. I wanted to wait until the full 8 months (which dr. Halpern said it would take to see full results) before I did my review. I did a 360 lipo. Initially I was mostly happy with the results and the dr told me I was still swollen and would get smaller and smaller as time went on. I did not. I've actually gotten some of the weight back. I don't believe it is his fault (although I definitely think for 5 grand more fat should have been taken out during the surgery). I am small only 127lbs but my stomach area is where I gain all my weight. So it is noticeable. For 5k I should have a completely

I believe he is great! He is precise right down to every little detail. I had a complicated correction that needed to be done. I don't believe that anyone else of lesser experience or "big name" Tampa area doctors would have done what he was able to do. (actually my problem was the result of another local big name doctor) He has set the bar when it comes to breast surgery. I really did my homework & have lived in the area for more than 20 years.

I had a mommy makeover May 21st and I'm extremely happy with the results ,Dr Joshua took the time to explain everything, step by step, you don't even have to ask him anything, this is my first cosmetics surgery and I was super nervous, you don't have to be with him, he takes all the worries away and make feel super special, communications is not a problem here because he listen and doesn't rush you, very professional and kind, the stuff is very nice too, the scars are healing very good and the surgery wasn't that painful at all, I only took the pain medication for 2 days

I had my breast augmentation in 2000 and twenty years later I am just as happy as I was that day! I had zero complications though I followed their recommendations thoroughly! Dr. Halpern was so gentle that I had no bruising and no pain, I took my pain meds the day after and was able to switch to Tylenol. I have to really look for my scars, they are thin as a strand of hair. The staff were amazing, it was like a day at the spa! I highly recommend him!!

Ten years ago, when I was 50, dr halpern fixed masterfully, the ' damage' done by six births of my lovely now adult children. the man is a genuis.

You WILL meet with him, unlike other offices where you first meet with a nurse or something. He is very patient and will give you all the time you need. He will answer all questions, show you what the plan would be, and then shows you pictures of previous patients. The quality of his work is amazing. Meticulous attention to detail. I would have given 10 stars if I could. Dr Halpern and his team are amazing. I recently had my procedure done and could have not asked for a better Doctor. I was doing a lot of research before I made a decision and when I had appointment with Dr Halpern, I finally made up my mind, and I am very happy I did. Dr Halpern made a huge mistake during my surgery and then he charged me more than my original surgery to fix his own mistake. I had 2 back to back surgeries with this doctor. I was hating life and my results!! I'm serious I was so depressed when I was his patient I had to find another doctor and I'm so glad I did! Dr. Halpern did a breast implant transfer from saline to silicone and did the most amazing beautiful work. He listened to all my needs and he delivered perfect results. He answered all questions and made me comfortable.
Dr. Halpern also performed a lower eyelid Blepharoplasty. I'm 33 years old and had folds and large bags under my eyes. I look ten years younger!

I initially went to see Dr. Halpern as the result of abnormal bruising form some other cosmetic surgeon placing a filler to close to my eyes. I was bruised with black eyes around 6 months.
