I don't write many reviews, but today left me feeling like this eye Dr isn't worth going back to. I've been a patient there for a few years now, I've had 4 cataract surgeries and now I finally have glasses, Prada glasses that I bought online? Like any new glasses, they need adjusting, and it was suggested that I all my eye Dr, dinner it's such a basic and necessary adjustment. I went on and asked them, they said they would, but they asked to leave for about 30 min, and for some reason I was worried about leaving then there. Regardless,t I c8 back, and they told me no, sorry, we can't fix them.

One of the worse Optometry ever seen. It’s fraud. They just deceived their customers.It took more than two weeks that they give false promise to get the glasses. Each time I call them , they dont respond to the phone. Now they don’t refund my money. I reported them to the San Jose police department.This business is fraud so I suggest to avoid.

Very respectful and kind Dr and staff. Alwats have a great and over and above professional service. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave its a enjoyable visit. Dr. Le has Always futted me in if I needed to be seen. Love his old schill values and respect. Not many or if at all businesses that display kindness, respect and compassion. The doctor only spoke to me in a mixture of vietnamese and english after i informed him many times that i didn't speak vietnamese. after every appointment, my mom (who understands vietnamese) would translate everything the doctor said to me. the doctor scheduled an appointment to check on my progress with night contacts, and said i'd get a call reminding me of the appointment, but i never got that call. when my mom paid the down payment for contacts, she was given the option to pay the rest monthly, and she chose to pay monthly. one month after she paid the down, she went back to make her first

Dr. Le has been my optometrist for many years. He is great in finding solutions for various vision care for me. He has helped me through dry eyes, nearsightedness, multiple contact lens tryouts, and down to selecting the best glasses frames. I highly recommend going to Dr. Le and relying him on all your visual needs.

Personally I had a good experience here and everyone is friendly, but I have a very low prescription. My 5 year old daughter on the other hand was given, unknown to me, a prescription half the strength than she needed because the doctor believed this was best for her eyes. I new something was incorrect after getting our glasses our daughter still couldn't see things at a distance. We went back to see what could be done, but the doctor assured us that this was the correct thing to do. A year later we went to another Optometrist and they reported her eye being stressed, due in part, to the incorrect

Dr Minh is great and very knowledgeable! My husband and I have been going hear over 5 years. He's also very patient with my 2.5 year old. Staff is friendly and office is very clean with advanced equipment. I also love how they have a unique inventory of designer frames! I look forward to changing my glasses here every couple of years because I know they always have a great selection. Highly recommend dr Minh!
