By signing the Computer Repair Authorization Agreement or using our services, you agree that the following terms and conditions will apply to the work you are authorizing Fixed PC, LLC (FXPC) dba Naples PC to provide ("Services") for the listed computer or laptop ("Computer"). Fixed PC / Naples PC / Affiliates will be referred to as "FXPC" for the remainder of this contract.

So what do you do when you APPLE MAC board crashes during a pandemic and the APPLE store is closed and no one answer's the phone at Apple customer service. Well panic !!! But there is hope and help.
I found NAPLES PC and owner Nate James, made the call and within 1 hour he was able to see me and determine what had caused my pain. Now you have to understand 2 days later (needed to get parts ) and I was not first in line but exactly 2 days as Nate stated the problem was corrected and I was at ease and working again. Now How much ? Do I still have arms and legs ?

Well I was suffering a problem with my pc since about a year ago when I built it myself. Let me tell you I never thought after an entire year of trying to fix a stutter that I would never find the problem that plagued me and haunted me in my dreams. So one day I decided to bite the bullet and called naples pc. I'm glad I did within a day the technician found the problem fixed it , optimized the pc and even delivered it to my house especially while we were going through this epidemic. i'm so glad I found this place and wished I would of called sooner. My computer was overheating, I reached out to Nate at Naples PC and he was able to immediately set an appointment for me. I got very lucky because Nate had contacted me and repaired the problem within 48hrs. Absolutely did a fantastic job, keep me updated throughout the process. I would highly reccomend using Naples PC. When I decided to stop using Naples PC, the owner Nate, advised me there would be a cancellation fee. I told him that he had never told me about a "cancellation fee" and we did not have a signed contract. I had him remove his software from my computers on 1-20-20. I advised him that he didn't have to prorate for remaining days and not to charge me a cancellation fee since he had the entire 30 day period, however, he charged my credit card again on 2-20-20, "Cancellation Fee". He refuses to credit me and laughed saying it was his policy to keep the money. In my opinion

I had a very positive experience with Naples PC where I had a tight timeframe and needed a transfer of data to a new computer. Nate was able to understand the complexity of issues that would arise during the transfer and find solutions. He worked diligently to make this happen in 24 hours by working late and on a Saturday. Nice job Nate.

Owner/Tech James Nate saved me from myself. Here's the thing. Insomniacs don't have good judgment at 3AM. I know because in the middle of the night, I happily pressed all the keys necessary to infect my Mac with ad malware.
I sheepishly took my sad machine to FL Tech. Within 48 hours, Nate was ready to return my computer after successfully wiping it of malicious code. I paid with PayPal on the spot.
