Stay clear of this gym and support someone else! I have called several times about my account being on hold and getting charged anyway. Won’t refund and can’t even call back after calling and leaving messages. Chelsea does not do her job and has very poor communication skills. Would not recommend anyone to this gym! If you want your money stolen then go ahead. I will find another gym to support.

Went for my first workout tonight with my kids and right as I got inside I realized I left the key card in the car so I did a quick u turn and walked back to the car. Was shutting the door to my car and I hear “there you are!” An employee came running out after me searching through the parking lot thinking that I thought there wasn’t child care and… left 🤣 just thought that that level of commitment to making sure I was satisfied is worth noting. My kids had fun running around the kid room. And I really enjoyed my workout. This place is the best kept secret of griffin

This is my favorite out of all the gyms I have been a part of! They are so nice and I always receive great customer service. I love that they have 24hr access! They even carry the egg protein that I love! It's so convenient to be able to grab that on my way out after a work out! They have all the equipment you could need. They also have sooo many options when it comes to the group classes! Spin always pumps me up and makes me feel so successful in my workout. I tried rumble but I think I'll stick to the bike, because that class was super challenging! Such a great place!

Stay away from this gym. They have it in their contract that once you sign up, you can't cancel your membership unless you move or your injured. I've tried cancelling because I just don't have the time to go. I called the front desk and they told me they won't cancel my membership so I told them to get me in touch with the manager and they also said no. Now when I call, they avoid my phone calls. Think twice before joining, it's entrapment regardless of what the contract says. They are always empty and I think they are only still in business thru the money they forcefully

Omg when I went to this Gym with my grandma she goes everyday and she loves it! When I went I loved it I love how friendly everyone is and how the gym teachers will help you out when u need it and even though you don't think you did good they tell you they think you did and they won't be lying. I just love that Gym now I will go back to that one. They better thing is they have a place for your little ones.
