Linda joined My Jewel Shop in 1976 working part time in the Center City and Jenkintown locations in sales and designs. Linda's immediate passion for diamonds and gemstones led her away from the Allied Health field, becoming a full time member of the My Jewel Shop family in 1978. Her knowledge is based on years of experience and courses from the Gemological Institute of America, with expertise in diamonds, colored gemstones and pearls.

Rob and Linda are angels!!! My fiancé and I came to them in a panic when the diamond fell out of my engagement ring two days before our engagement photos were scheduled to be taken. They kindly squeezed us in to their busy schedule to reset the diamond and clean the ring so that it was photo ready for the day of, but gave us the sad news that the ring needed a new setting to properly protect the diamond. The fine folks at My Jewel Shop are first rate. I had seriously bent my 14K Wedding band to an unwearable state. I called ahead and was invited in to the shop today. The staff was so friendly and kind. I got a tour of the new shop which is very nice and all of their jewelry is well displayed. They made me feel like family while my ring was repaired. Amazing people, welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Our first visit was not to buy jewelry but to try and remove my husband’s wedding band that was stuck on his swollen hand. It was a bit of an emergency since he was scheduled for surgery the next day. They could not have been more helpful or friendly. I was looking for a mom and pop jewelry store to get my rings dipped and cleaned and came upon this spot that had great reviews. Everyone was so warm and welcoming! They were super friendly and thorough. My engagement ring ended up needing a repair I was not anticipating and they explained everything in detail. The first time I walked into this store the friendliness and warmth of the proprietors, Rob and Linda, was palpable. I immediately felt at ease. I recently took my engagement ring to Rob and Linda Stewart to have the setting changed. The ring was a lovely oval diamond in a simple setting that I've worn for 28 years. For sentimental reasons I wanted to keep the stone and my original wedding band - both 18k yellow gold. The folks at My Jewel Shop are all wonderful and helpful. I have both purchased new items and had my own repaired there. Their designs are much more interesting than just the standard looks. I have always found the quality to be high. It's my go-to place for both fine gems and costume. Many pieces I would call wearable art!

I found them on Yelp and visited the store yesterday for a watch repair. Rob is fantastic; true to his art and is genuienly concerned about the customer - he'll even refuse to do something if he feels it might void your warranty.
It was a rare experience being scolded at for attempting the repair myself and almost damaging an expensive watch :)
My watch was fixed and I left with such a wonderful experience. I exclusively shop online but after visiting this store i was reminded that while you might not get the best 'deals' in a brick and mortar shop, you'll make up for walking

I was heartbroken as I'd poured over ALL THE WATCHES ON THE INTERNET searching for just the right one. And it arrived, and it was everything I'd hoped it would be, and I used it for a full semester of clinical rotations and of course it assisted in saving many lives, 'cause it's an awesome watch.

I feel so lucky to have found this little "gem" of a jewel shop! My fiance' and I are finally getting married after a rather long engagement.
