SonShine Family Child Care's (SFCC) philosophy is to provide a loving, snuggling, nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment. Hi, my name is Gwen. The children in my center call me Nana. Over the years, I respond better to Nana but Gwen will work too. I have been doing child care for 32 years. I received my ITS Associate Degree from Northeaster Technical College in Green Bay and my Inclusion Credential (Inclusion refers to children with special needs).

Children's behavior will be guided by setting clear limits or rules for children. Parents are to communicate with Sonshine Family Child Care, their guidelines and techniques they use at home so we can be as consistent as possible for the child. Sonshine family Child Care will talk with children about expected behaviors and model those behaviors consistently for them.
