She has been in the childcare field for the past six years and at Northstar for the last three and a half years.

Since high school, I knew that childcare was my calling! I've been in childcare for over 8 years, serving as an Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher, and Assistant Director.
Northstar Early Learning Center is a premier childcare center in Onalaska for families that value a rich educational experience at an affordable price. Working with children daily is the best gift! I have also been blessed to be able to work alongside the wonderful teachers here at Northstar. I have successfully completed my Bachelors, and Masters in Education; and am in the process of completing my PhD in Early Childhood Leadership & Advocacy.

Our daughter enjoys going to daycare. I value the educational, craft, and other activities they introduce to the children. Our daughter will randomly get into yoga poses or come home saying new words so I know it is an educational atmosphere! I also enjoy being able to see her on camera when I miss her.

I would recommend Northstar Learning Center! My son is always happy to be dropped off in the morning he practically jumps out of my arms to go to his teachers. The teachers are super friendly and great at communicating! They use an app that makes communicating super easy and are always super quick to respond. They are always happy to answer my many questions and are super accommodating with my sons constantly changing routine. The video cameras are a nice way to check in during the day and see all the fun they are having.

We have been so happy with the care our kids have received from the teachers here! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. You can tell the teachers and staff truly care about the kids here. We love the safe and secure entrance, as well as the cameras in each room so we are able to check in on the kids during the day! 10 out of 10 would recommend this center to anyone looking for care for their kids!

Our family is so grateful for Northstar Early Learning Center. Ben and I are greeted every morning by positive, helpful staff, who have come to know and love him. He feels safe and comfortable and he is learning so much! He has so many stories and new songs to share, brings home awesome projects, speaks a few words in Spanish, and the other day he taught me his favorite yoga poses. I’m able to concentrate better at work knowing that Ben is in great hands, and have the option to check in via the video app if I have an extra moment. I receive weekly email updates as well as monthly newsletters

The staff at NorthStar Early Learning Center are communicative, friendly, and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. There are cameras in the classrooms so I can check in throughout the day, the messaging system and app is very convenient. My daughter enjoys it there.

I am a first time mom and leaving my child at daycare every morning was not an easy transition for me. The teachers and staff have always been so accommodating and made the transition a comfortable experience for me. Natesa is wonderful to work with and her communication line is always open. I am kept up to date with my child's day thru the app that they provide so I know exactly how the day is going. All of the teachers we have encountered so far have provided amazing care and even the teachers that we have not had yet to this point know my child by name and make a point to stop and talk to her

I have had nothing but good experiences at Northstar Early Learning Center. I have had kids at this center for the past 9 years. The teachers have been awesome and I can tell really care about my kids. My son went through their 4K program that aligns with the Onalaska School district. My daughter needs speech services and they have been very accommodating in finding time and space for those services to occur at daycare. My oldest son was at a couple centers when he was young and none of them compared to Northstar. I have been really pleased.
