Our Patient John came with upper broken denture. We replaced his broken denture with our custom made denture which fits great and helps in chewing and smiling. Patient got the smile back. At a routine exam (dental checkup) we examine the outside of your mouth (including the TMJ), and the inside of your mouth. No I did not have a good experience. After cleaning I told them that I was experiencing sensitivity. I am also a recipient of orthodontics. Dallas Dental is going to tell me what I am feeling. Totally disregarding my complaint and telling me that I am not sensitive but rather tender because of the braces. I know the difference between tenderness and sensitivity. Tenderness does not react excruciatingly or at all to temperature be it hot or cold. Sensitivity does! That is exactly what my tooth was reacting to and they totally blew it off. They suggested that I take Motrin. Motrin is an anti inflammatory

I wanted to take the time just to give kudos to the entire staff at Dallas dental. Since moving to Georgia this has been the best experience I’ve had going to a dental office. Dental hygienist Nikki was just so amazing with her work. Dr Agwral (I may have misspelled her name) Marian are among the few names I can remember who has made my experience unforgettable. This dental office is a cut above the rest.

I was concerned because I was with the same hygienist for a long time (in Florida) and she was very subtle when she was cleaning my teeth. We needed a new dentist and we found Dallas Dental with a Google search and we gave them a try. When we got out of there, we were pleased with the way they treated us from the moment we got in. The hygienist was very gentle with the cleaning, the doctor was very caring, the front desk was attentive...well, everyone in there was nice. We're glad we found them! Now we're planning on taking our kids as well!

Dallas Dental is a pleasure to partner with for dental health. I called, someone answered the phone and worked with me to get scheduled. The process to set up as a new patient was easy and user friendly. Walking in an early morning appointment they were smiles and explained the insurance coverage for the day. The dental hygienist and dentist were cool, calm and not aggressive like previous dentist I have experienced at other locations. Dr. Patterson and all of the dental assistants at Dallas Dental Smiles always make me feel so comfortable during every visit which is super helpful when it comes to my anxiety level. They've been so patient with me as well when it comes to my crazy busy work schedule. I love the vibe! They are all so sweet and kind!
