What a DISASTER of a company
Don’t know how they stay in business
You’ll need to call 600 times to get something so small to get accomplished . Ridiculous .
They don’t know how to communicate with homeowners . Everything is through emails and they won’t talk with you .
Especially meriella who never calls back . Shame on you !!!!!!!!!!! Below Zero stars

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
This property management company so they call it has NO idea of what they are doing. They can’t even replace a single dead bush , after 2 months. The community in which I live looks like a rental community. They show NO care in preserving our property value.

Grant Property Management manages my complex. They are quick to take your money but do little to nothing else in the neighborhood. They do not enforce any guidelines or rules. Anytime you contact them they tell you to contact the police or talk to your neighbor. The “property manager” hides behind their front office secretary and will never respond to calls or emails directly. You will get the run around time and time again. Extremely poorly managed company and unprofessional communication. The neighborhood looks unmanaged and unkempt because of the poor enforcement of rules and regulations

I contacted this management company 6 times for a noise compliant from my upstairs neighbors. Nothing was done to help solve the issue. I COULD NOT EVEN SLEEP IN THE UNIT I PAID FOR BECAUSE THE NOISE WAS SO BOTHERSOME. The unit was UNLIVABLE at that point. I lived in my building for a year and a half; never had any probelms before that. Loved the unit, loved the pool. It was a very quiet neighborhood until my upstairs neighbor moved in and started all of this chaos. He ruined it for me. I will never live in that building again because of how NEGLIGENT management treated me, or should i say, did

I have reached out to them multiple times about noise comolaints and other issues and nothing has been resolved. Noise is still going on upstairs to the point where it's so bothersome the unit is unlivable I haven't been able to sleep there it's woke me up every night. And they haven't done a single thing, anything to help. They haven't responded to any of my 6 emails. As a resident its frustrating not being able to be in your home comfortably. The Company that is suppose to assure of living and residential quality is so where to be found in this stressful situation. Its absurd.

I am very impressed with this Property management company. Throughout this pandemic it feels like everything is crumbling down.
I had an issue a few days before my birthday. I let GPM know, and they communicated so well with me from day one. They worked hard to get this fixed for me BEFORE my birthday. They are beyond thoughtful and caring. I 100% recommend them.
