I moved into my building on Dec. 3rd 2021 and reached out to Century Management about the moving deposit on Dec. 14th. After numerous emails and calls, I still haven't received an update on the status of my money from Management Associate, Christine Lorenzini. It is extremely unprofessional and not a great experience for someone who just moved in. I also don't appreciate it when other people play around with my money.

I've been a shareholder in one of the Brooklyn properties managed by them for quite some time... During 7 years nothing has changed, they don't have a proper customer service, it takes weeks for them to respond about the issues and some requests still stay unanswered so as the issues that still need to be fixed. The property managers keep changing like gloves and the wrong people keep coming to the board. This management collects high fees with a very few managing so I wouldn't advise this company to any building.

This review is for Jondri Dhima at Century Management. Worst property manager ever. She lies, makes excuses, do not solve issues, and have a really bad attitude. not professional, 10 times worse than the previous manager Cindy Peguero who is soooooo helpful.

Century has been amazing to work with! As a first time condo owner I had a few hiccups in the process that were my fault. They made themselves very available both by email and by phone. They walked me through the process with kindness and understanding. I want to thank Cynthia especially for her patience in making sure everything was taken care of! I am very surprised by the reviews here- because in the 5 years I have lived in my coop- century has been nothing but great to me!
Adam and his team have never gone more than 2 days without responding to an email of mine and I re-financed my mortgage this year with no issues. Management companies have a LOT of tenants to deal with, and personally have really enjoyed them being my managing agency.

An astounding level of incompetence. They do not pick up their phones. They do not answer emails. They don't do anything. They will however take your money for the monthly maintenance fees. To maintain what? I don't know. Your coop could blow up in flames and they probably will not answer your calls. This might actually be a shell company for money laundering.

Just when you thought you've seen the worst management company, Century manages to go above my expectations to go even further in being the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I think people in this firm just show up for work and just sit there in front of a blank screen. They go above and beyond with being the most nonresponsive company. It truly is amazing.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR BUILDING. They are the management company for my co-op building and have been negligent, unprofessional and unresponsive for years. We have been waiting for them to follow through with simple tasks for years but they do nothing, harming the value of our building and individual units and potentially putting us in danger with their negligence. Paul Karaqi is the guy assigned to us but he doesn't respond to anyone, doesn't communicate and apparently doesn't do his job. Beyond appalling.

I have been trying to reach one of the property managers, Adam Zerka, for over two months to get refunded our move-out deposit after leaving one of their managed properties, but to no avail. It is absolutely insane that this remains outstanding. Apparently reaching out to their President, Mitchell Barry, does not work as well.

The ineptitude and rudeness of this management company was a running joke in our old apartment building. Nearly everyone in the building had at least one crazy story about an interaction with Iwona. Century's general approach seemed to be to ignore questions and complaints, then tell tenants they could simply move out if they had an issue.

These guys are just everything but professional. Their building is seriously the worst place I have ever lived in. On first impression everything looks great and neat, but as soon as you step a little closer you see how cheap and poorly this place was really built. We were the first tenants in our apartment and were pretty baffled with the things that added up over time: 1) pretty much no heat insulation, the place gets incredibly warm in the summer and then freezing cold in the winter (the heaters are a joke and can not be controlled independently between the bedroom and the living which was about

The staff is unresponsive, when they do respond their answers are incomplete or address a different concern, and the staff is nasty and rude. This is the WORST managing agent for cooperative apartments as there's a laundry list of endless ongoing problems. Our building's contact person took an eternity to return any shareholders' phone calls. The only way to reach someone when issues arise with another shareholder in our building was via certified mail with return receipt. Our property manager was rarely on site in our building when there was any pressing issues.
