Excellent service. I spoke with Adam when we made our reservation and he offered us the best price out of the different limo services we called. The driver was kind and professional, he kept track of our flight so he knew that we were delayed, and he was very good about texting us and keeping us in the loop about his arrival status and location so we didn’t have to worry about getting lost looking for him at the airport. The car was clean and he knew the fastest route to avoid traffic, so we were on time for our meeting despite our flight arriving late. Absolutely will be calling again for service

We were looking for a chauffeur for the day of my father's funeral, and I am so glad I chose this company. Our experience was professional and high quality from the very beginning when we began the booking with the owner. Briggs, our driver, really put our experience over the top. We could not have asked for a more professional, kind, sincere, helpful and wonderful person to be with us on this day. The car was immaculate and just right for our needs. Adam, President and CEO, was my driver and scheduler during Covid. He was highly protective of my immune compromised system as I landed at MSP airport and he drove me to have surgery at Mayo Clinic. I booked him again to return to airport 3 weeks later to airport after surgery. He promptly picked me up each time. I was alone with 2 large bags. I never touched my bags and on the return trip he helped me to the wheelchair service. It was such peace of mind for my husband many states away and for myself. I highly recommend this service especially if you need personal attention and help. He goes above

Our daughter's wedding was last night. I decided to rent a limo for my my 89 year old mom, step dad, mother in law and friend, so they could arrive in style! We did not want them to worry about driving home in the dark. Best idea ever! They were treated like royalty, they felt young and silly again! Adam was amazing! Thank you so much! Horrible customer service. They booked our limo date incorrectly, and instead of acknowledging the error, were rude and refused to reimburse the cost. They did not even send a limo. This was our prom night, and they ruined it.
EDIT: Owner of this company has the grammar skills of a four year old and calls teen girls pathological liars on the internet instead of improving the company!
