The Tilak Promise is a bond between Tilak Jewelers and Our Customer. We promise that the product you have purchased is of the highest quality and crafted with the utmost care. Tilak Jewelers promises that any exquisite piece of jewelry from us is crafted with the utmost care and perfection from 22kt Gold (unless otherwise stated).
Remove your jewelry before sleeping, bathing, swimming, when at the health club, and during any physical exercise. Keep your precious jewelry pieces in a fabric-lined case, or a box with compartments or dividers. If you cannot separate your jewelry in your jewelry box, wrap each piece individually in tissue paper or place in small plastic pouches separately as gold pieces will rub against each other and wear off.
All return/exchange must meet ALL of the above criteria otherwise they will not be considered under return policy. Refunds will only be made in the original form of your payment, processing time varies based on credit card and/or banking institution. Please email receipts@tilakjewelers.com or call 972-594-8252 and Tilak Jewelers will issue you a RA (Return Authorization) Number.
If the item has been sold, please email us the style code and we will send you options in similar weight range. If you would like the exact piece that has been sold, we can re-order with an approximate 10 weeks arrival. We receive new stock every few weeks and we encourage you to contact us at 972-594-8252 or info@tilakjewelers.com to set up a time to video call and see the latest products.

There was no one to talk about your needs .We tried to reach out to a sales person but the response was cold.Finally, we waited for 10 mins.Not even a single person came and talk.Finally, we decided never to visit this place to buy any jewelry.There should be someone on reception to handle and talk to customer who just arrived.

The people there are incredibly RUDE and DISRESPECTFUl! They are thieves and will charge you hundreds of dollars above the listed price on the tag. They lost an item with gold and diamonds that was given to them for cleaning and were not sorry about it at all. They tried to replace it with another item worth a lot less than the item they lost. These people need to learn how to respectfully speak to customers who are paying them thousands of dollars of their hard earned money. Go here if you want to be robbed of your money and be disrespected. Will not be returning!!

Buying form this store is like a buying an expensive thing from a footpath seller on Indian roads. no detailed receipt, no guarantee on what they sell, random pricing, not sticking to their words, no returns. They do not even give you a computer generated receipt. I suspect that they may be doing illegal business.

Came in looking for a gift. A pendant, earrings, something like that. I was looking to spend $150 - $200. The clerk looked at me and made a face, like "you're not worthy of my time", and said, "All of our jewelry is 22k gold and much more expensive than that". Well....ok. If you don't want my business or to try to work with me, then what's the point? I can't imagine they didn't have anything in my price range. Maybe they're not used to seeing non-Indian customers there? I did not feel welcome at all.

This is a beautiful jewelers store with a lot of variety to choose from. We've been customers of this store for a while and we're absolutely certain that the quality is great. However, we didn't have the best experience there just now, where we felt like we were being rushed out because it was a Friday evening. The employee we were working with was giving us the cold shoulder and she refused to give us an envelope for our receipt for safekeeping. I bought nose ring for $60 , unfortunately i didnt have cash ... so they charged me $5 extra for using credit card and when i asked why they charged me more then 8.25% then the lady says they round up... oh my god no one round up the figure ... so when u going there make sure to keep cash ... otherwise they gonna cheat ... never going there its my mistaken i went there even seeing so bad reviews. ..

The owner was just plain rude! If he hadn't had the piece I was looking for I would not have purchased it from here. He charged waaaaay too much per gram and would not budge. And when I asked how much the gram rate was, he rudely stated if you want the piece buy it otherwise shop elsewhere. The absolute WORST customer experience ever!!!!However the sales girls were sweet hence my 1 Star.

So I went into this shop to get help with my stuck nose pin and I was willing to buy something from them as well. I asked store owner or manager 'I need help getting this off, can you help?' . I was expecting something like 'try this oil or steps that will help with the stuck screw' instead he tells me quite rudely 'no one will put hands inside the nose'.. This is the WORST place to shop at. the products looked OK, but it is the ATTITUDE of the employers that pissed me off. particularly, there was an old man , i assume he was the manager; more surely he should be the owner, who was very UNPLEASANT. Extremely rude staff. Can't make any repairs to anything, even something bought in the store. Send off watches for battery replacements ($20 and 5 days), old and literally run of the mill.
The staff couldn't talk you into buying a cup of water if you were thirsty, but they can easily talk you into not buying anything and leaving with a sour taste in your mouth.
Jewelery is a service industry. Respect your customers or get out of the business.
