Knowledgeable & reliable. 2 very easy words to say yet such a hard combination to find in a mechanic and auto repair shop. These folks know their trade and they know it well. I'd recommend them to anyone. Really appreciate Lance's quiet, competent professionalism and automotive knowledge. They have installed new tires on 3 of my vehicles, all Cooper brand and we are very satisfied with the performance of the tires. The quoted prices for repairs have always been what we paid when the work is done. Completion of work has been consistently timely.

I will never take a vehicle here again. My wife took one of our cars in to get a new heater core put in and a few days later the passenger side floor board started filling with water. I was working out of town during the week so I had her take it back to them because the water was coming in the car from right where the heater core is. Obviously the problem right? Not according to them. Said it was a valve and had nothing to do with the work they had preformed. Well, when they gave her the paperwork it said replace heater core gasket! They lied straight to her face! Dishonest mechanics are terrible

Absolutely love this place! They have always taken great care of our vehicles. The action that really blew me away was when I got full brake work and some engine work prior to a deployment. Then upon my return home I had a brake issue that was well outside the warranty window. They fixed it for free. This place is top notch and a great small business to support.

So I took our Lexus there to have the alternator replaced. Which I was convinced was bad after all my online research and I am an Engineer so...
To replace the alternator was going to cost $1000 because you literally have to take the car apart! So, shocked as I was I took the car in expecting a huge hit on our Budget.
They called me and said there was nothing wrong with the alternator. I of course insisted that there was (I am an Engineer so...)! They called back in an hour or so and told me that there were some baggage light that were on all the time and that's what was draining my battery.

Owner is a flat out crook! Will overcharge you in a Heart beat. Owner tries to intimidate you when you ask for your money back.. Owner tried to talk tough and intimidate.. although large... he is obese and did not scare me.. So unprofessional.. Avoid this place at all costs.. This shop literally overcharged me on 2 car repairs.... I will never go back and you shouldn’t either... Scam!!!

So disappointed and frustrated. We’re new in town and looking for a reputable mechanic. Falcon Auto came highly recommended. We took our car in for a simple repair, were told it would be over $600 and needed a bunch of other work and when we decided to get the work done elsewhere for a much lower price we were charged $100 for the diagnostic work (even though it was a quick look under the hood kind of diagnosis). Wasted $100 to find out I don’t want to use them ever again. 0 stars if possible.

Wondering how so many 5 star reviews and why I'm so displeased. Hundreds of dollars in repairs that wife never authorized and they said they called with the situation and estimate and never really did. Bought tires and weren't balance correctly. Scheduled oil change on website, dropped of night before and put keys in drop box envelope and… clearly wrote to fix the tire balance and do an oil change. Gets snippy with my wife next day when she went to pay for work. Told her I requested oil change last minute and vehicle wasn't ready. Front desk said they didn't know I wanted oil change yet
