Not happy with this place, they don’t like family members asking questions, and you have to tell them when something is wrong with the love one, food is bad, staff is stuffy, pt people seem to care about there selfies, no encouragement .. hold a carrot over head, if you don’t show improvement your going to be discharged.... but then they have a hand full of regulars..

Worst place EVER!!!!!! I hate this place and as soon as we can get my step-dad out of this place the better!!!! Today, 4/5/2017 we got here at 8:45 am he was sitting in the edge of the bed, needing to go to the bathroom, he's not supposed to get out of bed by himself, fall risk! So we pushed the nurses button, he didn't make it to the bathroom, obviously so his bed was soaking wet, he was cold and wet and FINALLY at 10:15!!!!!! An hour and a half later they came in to help?????!!!!!???? WHAT THE FU*K?!?!?! DONT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!

Having a very large family (older aunts, uncles, grandparents) and 30 years with L.A.Co Fire Department, I've been involved with many such facilities. My brother is currently at Rose Villa times 1 year. I'm there 3 times weekly and always find staff friendly and professional. During this year, my brother has been well taken care of with care and great concern.

If there was a way to do a zero star review my family and I would. My father left here worse off, than he arrived. This place is not a health care facility it is truly the "home" you would never want a loved one to go to! Most of the staff was rude... if you could even understand them.
He never got the therapy he was supposed to. You may think that's a bad thing, right! Well the only time of therapy he did get, left him worse off than he came in. The therapist was rude and forced him to do more than he could. He is now dealing with a hurt, swollen and bruised ankle.
