Coast Healthcare Management, LLC has been providing management services to Physician Groups since 1985. We currently provide services to Alamitos IPA, Brookshire IPA, Fountain Valley IPA, Lakewood IPA, Primary Care Associates of California, and St. Mary IPA (the Groups.) The Groups are independent medical groups who provide medical services to over 80,000 subscribers.
Together the groups contract with over 700 primary and specialty care physicians who practice medicine throughout the greater Los Angeles and Orange Counties. The doctors of St. Mary's IPA have over 160 Primary Care Physicians and a large network of Specialty care doctors. For the past decade, patients have counted on getting the best care possible from the doctors of St. Mary's IPA. St. Mary Medical Center is a 389-bed regional teaching hospital affiliated with the UCLA School of Medicine and recognized by national medical groups for providing outstanding care and patient services.
Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) are groups of doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers, who come together voluntarily to give coordinated high quality care to their Medicare patients. The goal of coordinated care is to ensure that patients, especially the chronically ill, get the right care at the right time, while avoiding unnecessary duplication of services and preventing medical errors.
