If I could give negative stars I would!! Lately they have had so many payroll issues and here is proof. They owe many employees over 200+ hrs in pay! They are constantly lying about when and what will be paid out to the staff. THIS COMPANY HAS BLAMED ALL ITS PROBLEMS ON COVID AND OFFERS NO RESOLVE FOR UNPAID WAGES,TAKEN IT UPON THEMSELVES TO WITH HOLD PAY FROM STAFF SAYING IT WILL BE ON RESERVE FOR WHEN THEY QUIT THE COMPANY THEN ALL HOURS HELD WILL BE PAID OUT!! FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY THEY WILL GET PAID FROM THE STATE AND NEVER PAY YOU!!

It is so sad to me that this company is so unorganized and hires employees with little to no experience to help the disabled, sick and most vulnerable individuals. I have had the worst time trying to get adequate care for my mother who is complete bed ridden and unable to do almost anything for herself. Her "care attendant" would frequently call off and there never was a replacement. We had called sharing our grievances about this exact subject and still nothing or no one was ever sent to rectify the call outs. This was a good company to work for until I saw how much the managing staff couldn't provide people with adicuit care due to actually not having empathy nor sympathy!!! You're better off putting your loved one in a good home!! This company doesn't even train their employees correctly!! I should know I worked there a total of 8 months with 5 days off in the whole 8 months!!!!!!
