Frank's Pharmacy

I used this pharmacy for a while. I didn't get a prescription that I've ordered.
When asked to understand why I didn't get the prescription, I spoke with an employee/manager who decided to investigate me (I'm the customer and I didn't get a prescription, right?)
He asked me "how come you didn't take the prescription last month?"
He also said that "he entered my address in Google Maps, and there's no house in this address", implying that I'm lying/providing false information, etc.
In other words: the pharmacy blames its own customers to

I was so tired of all the issues and impersonal service at CVS and then I heard about Frank's Pharmacy. I transferred all of my prescriptions there and I haven't regretted it. The staff is kind, helpful, and after 2 recent surgeries- they delivered my refills to my door when I couldn't drive to pick them up. I can no longer walk to the pharmacy and sometimes I have to fight for parking at Frank's, but it is more than worth it.

The people at Frank's Pharmacy are great! We are so lucky to have such a great pharmacy. Very accommodating and they always go out of their way to help.

All I can say is rude rude staff! They are slow want answer the phone . I think a lot of places are like this because there understaffed.

After being with Frank's pharmacy for a while, I discovered the hideous truth :(
Extremely poor customer service, a team that couldn't care less about being professional, mistakes in almost any refill!
After speaking to the manager, I understood why the employees are doing such a horrible job, as she couldn't care less about customers.
I recommend that you'll read IN DETAIL every review about a pharmacy before deciding.

Probably the worst pharmacy in Santa Cruz County.
Every visit there is a new problem with this pharmacy.
The prescription is rarely ready, in other cases they "cannot find the prescription", "we'll call you back" and rarely do, and so on.
If you're looking for a trusted pharmacy - franks is not the one you want.

Frank's Pharmacy is a life saver. My husband and I have been evacuated from our home for a week because of the fires. I don't know how long it will last. I messaged Sutter to send a prescription of all mine and my husband's meds but they couldn't find a pharmacy that would take our insurance, Anthem Blue Cross. Finally Boulder Creek Pharmacy messaged me that Frank's Pharmacy and an affiliate in Watsonville would handle them. I called Frank's and they told me that they would take care of it. They did plus the even called my insurance company to get them to cover 3 meds

Glad I made the switch to a family owned business. it had been such a headache going through CVS and Walgreens, even just going into those stores is overwhelming (bright lights, junk food and cheap makeup everywhere) and the staff are over worked and confused and always rushing. the CVS in capitola accidentally deleted my medication and made me jump through hoops to get a refill! I just want a place to get my medication from a real human being and Frank's is just that

No other pharmacy in Santa Cruz County even comes close to Frank's. It's like stepping back in time when your family pharmacist and staff knew your name, were caring and kind. The prices are stable, unlike chains where the same Rx can vary by $150-200 from month to month. Shop local and try Frank's if you're not already a fan for life!

Actual people answer the phone. I needed a med that was on back order - not knowing how truly back ordered it is. I'd been back and forth with the Dr and other pharmacy. It was Frank's that gave me the whole picture and actually called around while I was on hold. No whole day telephone tag. Thanks so much to Frank's for making my day easier.

I can't say enough about this place. Their service is over the top! I have always felt it important to shop local, especially locally owned businesses. Frank's prices are competitive with the chain stores.

I have had a few situations where there's an issue with insurance or my 18 year old dropping the ball on his prescription and Frank's go above the expectations and takes care of business. I cannot thank them enough. Shop local without compromising on price and with exceptional service.

Frank's pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I've been too in all the places I've lived.
Frank's is what I imagine an old school pharmacy is, where hey know who you are and smile when they see you! Thanks to all who work here and make my monthly trip to the pharmacy an errand that I can smile on!

The folks at Frank's Pharmacy treat me like family, they're always happy to see me and I always leave the store feeling better than when I went in. The staff all get along great, you can feel the good vibes the second you walk into the store.

They gladly answer your medication-related questions like: the drug's purpose, what it treats, how it works, potential side-effects and how the drug interacts with other medications, vitamins and food.

They're the fastest pharmacy in the area, hands down, no contest. The average wait time is 15 minutes when a prescription

I switched to Frank's because I wanted to support a local business. Disappointed that they left a voicemail for me last Thursday informing me that my prescription was ready for me to pickup, but would only be held for one week, only to go in the following Thursday and have them tell me they don't have it available. Switching back to the corporate pharmacy because I do not appreciate the lack of accountability and the waste of my time.

I recently had all of my prescriptions moved over to Frank's. I was tired of the long lines and rude service at CVS. All it takes is a phone call to Frank's. They take care of the rest. Frank's is a great pharmacy. Friendly, on top of things, never a long line. They even have treats for my dog.

Frank's is the best.
Great local service that is head and shoulder above the "big box" pharmacies.

It's so great that places like this still exist. I came here with a friend and left with a purchase myself. I was looking for Nordic Naturals prenatals and they had them in stock. The lady at the counter was very friendly. I tried to send my own prescriptions here but they aren't open Sunday's. So, I ended up having to use one of the larger pharmacies.

Great people. Great service. Highly knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure that the patient is well cared for and is getting the correct medication. Personalized service.
