Professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, friendly (and so much more)...he patiently answered my questions and concerns (Medicare!) and it seemed like I was his only customer.

It used to be a great pharmacy years ago, but the last few years I have noticed new staff and unfortunately the service is no longer the same.

I was waiting over an hour for a prescription ready for pick up text or a call and never received one. I went in to ask directly if the prescription was ready for pick up, it was. I made sure they had my number before hand so I don’t know why they didn’t text or call me. With every visit, their eyes tell me they are dead inside but I don’t really expect them to fake a cheerful smile on their faces but I do expect them to at least be competent. My day started off good but was soured by this visit... I might be just harsh so take this review with a grain of salt.

Easily by miles the best pharmacy experience I have had in Watsonville, CA. All the staff are helpful, attentive and willing to assist their customer. I have used them for several years and recommend adamantly that you go here for all your medication needs.

Have worked with this pharmacy since the beginning with my adult residential facilities. They have always been responsive, helpful and professional. I have recently switched my personal meds as well as my husbands meds there and have found the transition seamless and easily managed. I prefer to support local businesses and Watsonville Pharmacy has not disappointed.

The delivery guy is extraordinary. He is the very best. Polite, professional and knows what he is doing.

AWESOME customer service. Rachel in particular was incredibly helpful and kind. I ran out of one of my son’s medical items. I called a medical pharmacy in Santa Cruz and had to call three times to speak with someone who could help me. I used to get my perscriptions at Walgreens, I am so glad that I switched!! The Watsonville pharmacy is organized, has fast service, helpful and are usually very friendly there.

I try to shop local but this place always disappoints. I went to get some dressing and wrap for my foot. You would think seeing someone limping around you might get some help. Nope, this has happened before but I foolishly went back. The girls were unfriendly at the register too! I will make the drive to Santa Cruz and go to Horsnyders.

I went in here because it was recommended by a friend. I broke my tailbone and needed a donut cushion for my chair. I went in and they had a cushion but it wasn't a donut one. It did say it was for coccyx support which is what I needed but the cushion did not work for me. I called right away to ask if I could return it and they said because it has been opened, they could not take a return. Of course not, simply because it had been opened to test out, which is ridiculous. How would I know if it would work for me if I didn't get to try it? A waste of $35 for nothing. I give these guys a hard time but most of my many meds are ready on time and I love that they deliver. I'm not in their service area but they made an exception and deliver all my meds to me on a monthly basis. Their medical supplies guy is great and got me walking with my first walker. He was sensitive, caring and really helped me through this scary process.

I am switching to Watsonville Pharmacy just as soon as I can get my doctor to send in my medication list. The two scripts I brought in were filled with a smile. All the clerks were busy but they were organized and handled everything extremely well. They had time to introduce themselves and the pharmacists were friendly and professional. Pharmacy Clerks Are Very Rude and Have Poor Customer Service. When Asking Questions They Seem To Be Annoyed, They Need To Train Their Staff With Propwr Etiquette and Have Respect For The Elderly

5 phone calls no answer let it continue to be on hold until the phone system said there was an error and they dropped me. Tried to call again and push the Spanish language button and had the same thing happen again and again and again and again. They might be closed today at 4 p.m. on a Thursday butt at this point it doesn't seem likely.

This pharmacy is the worst. Don't bother. The clerks spend more time talking to each other than waiting on the customers waiting in the super long lines. The clerks think nothing about waiting on someone who just walks up to them , making those in line wait even longer. Don't bother. No customer service at this place. Too bad.

I have been going to watsonville pharmacy for 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience. You never wait more than 10 minutes for your prescriptions and people know your name. They have a lot of different and hard to find products in there. All of the employees have been nothing but friendly and competent towards me. I love this place.

I work with a local clinic that serves a wide range of patient types, including private pay, MediCal, Medicare. I have to say that Watsonville Pharmacy has gone above and beyond for ALL of our clients since they first opened a few years ago. They are always willing to help us on the phone as well - when we are trying to help people navigate their complex insurance challenges. They even have home delivery service available for folks who can't get out.

For customers who have experienced les than friendly service, I would recommend you make a mental note of the name of person who helped you

The best Pharmacy in town, The wonderful employees go out of their way to help me with all of my needs. Great Pharmacist's always there to answer my questions and are always accurate. I highly recommend this pharmacy !

Not 5 stars because of the "I hate my job" attitude of the register clerks.
Too bad, because it is wonderful to support an independent business .
I NEVER want to have to go into a big box store ( rite aid is so wrong!) and schlep all the way to the back of the store to be treated rudely. It's a lot easier to be treated rudely at the small local place.
Give the clerks some customer service training and it would be a perfect place!

I have been treated with only vague and unfriendly disregard.
If you need a working relationship with your pharmacist, as I do, DO NOT GO HERE!!

I was only given access to an actual pharmacist when I complained for the 4th time about something, then I was given the most rude of apologies "I'm sorry you feel that way". EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.

I love this place. Everyone in the pharmacy is professional, courteous and have, over the past six years, gone above and beyond to make sure that I had my medications. I've come in with emergency orders at 5 mins before closing...they handle it like champs. It's the kind of family run business that you wish no one else knew about. It's that good.
