Not pleased with the doomsday scenario they gave. (May need a new engine) Although I would have trusted them until they said after the "Courtesy Inspection", they said my air filter needed replacing- they didn't bother checking it cause it's a K&N filter that doesn't get replaced and I had just cleaned it. Gave me a bad feeling about this place and so I bailed and took it elsewhere after some recommendations. Other than that they were nice on the phone if that means anything. Still got charged almost $300 for the "diagnostics" which consisted of mostly connecting it to the code reader and that

Where do I start?? I had taken my car to another nearby highly recommended shop because my wipers stopped working. After being quoted what I thought was a ridiculous price, I decided to take it to Chili Automotive. From the get go Andrew was amazing. He called me after they had done a free unrequested safety inspection of the car and found my 2 rear tires were both worn (sent me pics to prove it). 1 of them showing the belts. Mind you, I just had the car inspected 2 weeks earlier at a shop in the city. You'd think that would've been caught? My wife and I are going on a roadtrip this weekend

I just moved to New York and was in search of a shop to have my inspection done. The folks at Chili Automotive were quick to response and understand my needs based on my schedule. The inspection was done well within the timeframe they proved and the service when I arrived to pick up my vehicle was great. They explained what had been completed and even provided a list of items for me to keep an eye on all of which I was aware of. Great Honest Friendly!! Will be going back for all my vehicle maintenance needs.
