I have never been to Carpenters Auto on Chili Avenue until today and now it won't be my last time going. When I called my employer (2nd job- healthcare field) they told me that they couldn't provide me with masks and it was up to the clients (who are mostly elderly or disabled). I'm not sure how they expect the clients to be held responsible for providing me protective gear such as masks and gloves when I'm there to assist them. Even when the health care field fails me it's the local small business owners doing all they can to help, support and assist. They made masks for me, didn't charge a dime

Thank you to owner Brian at Carpenter's! There was a nail in my tire...long story short this could have been very costly due to a sensor issue. He worked with my boyfriend and it was quickly resolved due to Brian being a kind flexible person! I can't thank him enough! You definitely have our business from now on!

Carpenters is a great auto shop. My grandparents and I used to live right down the street. My grandpa would bring his truck and car to Carpenter's whenever he needed the oil changed or needed an inspection done. I bring my car to Carpenters whenever I need an inspection, and they let me know what definitely needs to be fixed ASAP and what might need fixing soon, it's easy for me to plan ahead and budget knowing that something might need to be fixed in the near future. The owner and employees at Carpenters are trustworthy people that do the job the right way.
