Every time I've gone here, they've given me exceptional service. Their customer service staff is always pleasant and friendly and I completely trust the mechanics. Prices are reasonable, if you haven't been to Vern's, you need to make it a priority! You will not regret it! I usually go to my buddies repair shop because i am very finicky about who touches my truck, but my friends shop was book for the next few days.
Verns Auto repair was highly recommended to me by other friends, and after going there today i can see why. They are very quick, professional, and not as costly as other shops. I'd trust Verns with my truck if i need them again in the future. Way too hard to explain the customer service you get when you bring your vehicle to Vern's Auto Repair.

I brought the car to Vern's due to squealing belts. I took a short video of the power steering pully and belt stopped, the guy at the counter wouldn't even look up to see it. He just said: "yah, yah, I know what the problem is". The next morning they called me and said I need three new belts and three tensioners. He said it would cost $440. I said, whoa, that sounds pretty steep, he said they already had three hours into the job. I found that to be not credible since I dropped the car off close of business one and he's calling me the next morning at 8:30. I thought about it and called back with

My car was inspected and passed with no comments,240 miles later the brakes failed and were replaced for $980. When I questioned why the car passed, the comment was at the time the brakes His comment was but they passed. they met the criteria. I told Abe I should have been warned about how close to failure the brakes were. He couldn't get it through his head that they should have warned me.I am never going back there.
In addition your record keeping is as bad as your service. The inspection sticker shows the mileage when the car was inspected and my comments were correct. Keep sticking your head

They squeezed me in for a couple of exhaust bolts that needed to be replaced and called before they closed so I could pick it up. So the customer service was good. I had bought the parts from the dealer and they charged me a whole hour if labor. So $90 to have a couple bolts put in seems steep when I provided the parts. It needed to be done and I had heard good things about them. I had no place to complete the job myself. Ill just leave it at that.

I brought my vehicle to them from January up until about April or May this year and they claimed they couldn't find the problem. They just threw parts at it and never really addressed the real issues. For months I was without a working vehicle and spent my entire savings on it to fix it. The second to last time I brought it there they supposedly fixed the issue, but no. Two days later it broke down on me on the highway. I went to have it repaired AGAIN for like the 4th or 5th time in a row and still it was not fixed. I gave up and took it to another shop. The mechanic there was able to diagnose
