Tiffany Gutierrez was why I hit all the buttons. I have never personally dealt with her before. I was contacted by her with some suggestions about my insurance because i was moving. She was personable and professional. She was knowledgeable and she explained everything clearly, and told me what to expect.

We recently allowed our homeowners and auto insurance to expire and did get notification from our Allstate agent. We were in a panic. We called State Farm and were lucky to connect with Tiffany. She was very thorough in her examination of our needs. We have never had an agent ask so many questions and provide reasons for her questions. She pointed out the negatives on our declaration page from our previous agent and we were surprised to learn that we were WAYYYY under insured for our property. Please everyone that reads this... I have been with the Stone agency for about 24 years. They are always very professional and helpful. By far the best State Farm agent I've ever had in my 38 years of having a policy with them. A special thank you to Tiffany. I have had a couple of minor issues in the past two months and she has been very helpful in solving those issues. She's very knowledgeable and answers any question I may have.
