We execute comprehensive feasibility analyses that clearly present the costs and benefits of project alternatives, and we provide full-scale hydraulic analyses, restoration design plans, permitting assistance, and construction scheduling.
Cascade has extensive experience in mitigation and mitigation banking in both Washington and Oregon for wetland and stream habitats. We are skilled at identifying suitable sites for mitigation bank investors and for land developers needing off-site mitigation. We provide all mitigation consulting services, including design, agency negotiations, permitting, construction oversight, site management, and monitoring.
