Used them to scan a property for decommissioned oil tanks before purchasing. The price was very reasonable, and our technician arrived on time and was friendly. He even used his equipment to help our septic inspectors try to locate an old steel septic tank they were having a hard time locating. Easy process for scheduling and billing as well. Would recommend.

We recently called Soil Solutions regarding the radon mitigation device we installed through them a few years ago. We noticed the radon level went a bit recently so called them for an advice. One of their technicians (Neal) came out right away and installed a new device with no charge because it was under the warranty. He was very knowledgeable and professional as well. They also did a post-installation testing without a charge to make sure the new device is working. The account manager (Gabby) was prompt and helpful. We highly recommend this company.

First off, it's difficult to find information re: cesspool decommissioning, so I didn't know what to expect in terms of process or price. I contacted Soil Solutions first after a search, and promptly received a friendly reply from Alex. He sent a reasonable looking quote. I had reached out to several other companies in the meantime. Of those, 3 contacted me with bids. SS's bid came at the same price as another company, but Alex gave me such a good impression, the whole process seemed very professional, and I went with them.

We worked with Soil Solutions to decommission two tanks on an older home. I cannot say enough wonderful thing about their staff, especially their employee Alex Mottern. He worked very closely with us every step of the way and when we ran into some difficulty getting our soil samples, Soil Solutions worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond to find a solution to solve the problem. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of their services.

We are selling our house and had the unfortunate and stressful discovery of an undiscovered oil tank on our property that appeared to have been semi-decommissioned a long, long time ago. Soil Solutions handled the job from discovery to proper decommission. The crew were very polite and professional, and they left the backyard looking exactly like it had been before they started. I was surprised at how minimally invasive our oil tank discovery and decommission turned out to be, perhaps because our soil samples came back clean (whew! & yay!!). I would definitely recommend Soil Solutions to anyone

Keith and Cory came out to dig down and clean out our diesel tank for the first part of decommissioning. My tank ended up being a lot farther down than expected, and was completely covered with Rocks and roots. It took them quite a bit longer to expose the tank than expected. Both men were super polite and answered all of my questions while continuing to work on the project. I feel both Keith and Cory went up and above expectation on this job, working hard for more hours than originally expected, and did a fantastic job. The tank was left clean and ready for fill. We were very pleased with the work Soil Solutions did for us in decommissioning an old underground oil tank. Communication was excellent; we were kept informed of the project status every step of the way. The people who came to do the work were friendly and professional and did a nice job of cleaning things up thoroughly. We ran into some issues with contamination and Nick, our project manager worked extremely hard to help us through those issues with the least cost possible. Overall we are very pleased and would use their services again.

We got a few estimates for a radon mitigation system after selling my house. The estimate from Soil Solutions was the best and their communication in getting the logistics set up were excellent. They were professional all the way. Cleaned their mess, worked efficiently and once it was installed everything worked great and the radon levels fell to well below acceptable. Highly recommend.

Soil Solutions, their point person, Alex, and their workmen were efficient, accurate, organized about certifications with public entities and personable!. They were also reasonably priced.
In selling our home two unexpected issues needed to be corrected and the problems seemed to have the potential to become nightmares.
But the folks at Soil Solutions answered all our questions, were well informed, honest and went the distance to make an otherwise nerve-racking issue (with a leaking sewer pipe and an unknown (!) old oil tank) almost pleasant. We have recommended them to folks in our neighborhood

I would not recommend using this company if you are getting your sewer replaced. The subcontracted that came out to do the work completed the job but did damage to my driveway, left backfill in what use to be a garden, bent a sprinkler head, and trimmed multiple branches and then left them in my yard. Lastly, there was not a porta potty for the worker to use so I offered for them to use mine if they need to. Noone took me up on it. After the first day at my house, I let my dog out to go to the bathroom and he rolled in human feces that was in the bushes! Soil solutions was not there to provide
