I have been going to Rodem for 8 years. Dr. Nam, Kelly, Lexi, Jenny, and everyone else who works there are literally the best at what they do. A family that welcomes you and takes care of anything you need. I've had braces and gotten crowns. With each and every interaction they have never disappointed. I love them, I truly love them all.

My family and I have come here for several years and absolutely loved our dentist and dental assistance however the receptionist or office staff (whoever makes the appointments) has an issue being respectful and customer service centric. Because of this I have chosen to start my families treatment at Bayside Dental in Rowlett. I just don’t have tolerance for poor customer service.

I’m a new patient at Rodem Tree and I love it already. The atmosphere of the office is warm and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe coming during the pandemic because of the measures they are taking. You have to call them when you arrive and they tell you when to come in. They take your temperature and have you fill out a COVID screening as soon as you come in. Everyone is nice and Dr. Nam is great. She makes sure you are aware of your treatment plan, shows you pictures and explains what’s going on, and tells you all costs associated before performing the work. I will be back!

I love Rodem tree. They actually educate you and show you everything that is going on with your mouth. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I feel safe here and have confidence that I’m under the best care. It’s important to choose your dentist wisely. My family recommended them and now we all go here. It’s great.

I just had my first visit to what is now my new dentist and let me tell you this place is great. I've never felt so welcome and well looked after at a dentist office. Seriously, this is the first dentist I have ever had that puts your comfort first to make sure you have as enjoyable an experience as possible. As someone who has a bit of anxiety when it comes going to the dentist they quickly picked up on it and made sure I was able to relax. I am actually looking forward to going back even. If you need a new dentist or just want to upgrade your experience you have to come here.

We have been going to RodemTree Dental for almost a year now for our kids. They were highly recommended by our friends. They are awesome with school age kids. The staff is professional but also very warm and nice. The office itself is clean and child-friendly. Free snacks, coffee and tv are a plus. If you show up to your appointment on time, the wait time is very minimal. My kids enjoy going to the dentist now.

I went to Rodem Tree dental for the first time on April 28th for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning. They did four fillings. About two weeks ago, one of my fillings that Dr. Nam did failed and broke off. According to another dentist it was due to moisture contamination during the procedure. I was refunded for the broken filling.
