Lynn, Kimberly and Tracy are the Registered Dental Hygienists for the practice and are the cornerstone of our preventive dental care philosophy.

Born and raised in Wichita Falls, TX, Dr. Butler's interest in dentistry began as a high school sophomore. He attended Baylor College of Dentistry and began his dental career in Rowlett in 1980. He and his wife of 35 years, Kathy, reside in Rowlett and have two children, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and an adorable granddaughter.

A preventive program is a cooperative effort by the patient, dentist, and dental staff to preserve the natural dentition and supporting structures by preventing the onset, progress, and recurrence of dental diseases and conditions. Preventing dental disease starts at home with good oral hygiene and a balanced diet.
A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic x-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.
Dental radiographs (x-rays) are essential, preventative, diagnostic tools that provide valuable information not visible during a regular dental exam. Dentists and dental hygienists use this information to safely and accurately detect hidden dental abnormalities and complete an accurate treatment plan.

Unfortunately throughout my life, I've been to many dentists. Today, I went to the best dentist, Dr. V was amazing, and the staff was amazing. I have, let's say, had anxiety about the dentist, but after the visit, I don't want anyone else but Main Street Dental. Thank you for the amazing and friendly experience, you ALL are amazing!!!

I love going to Main Street Dental! Dr. V has been my Dentist for years now, and I followed him from his previous office to this one. Kim is great with me and my kids. What a great place! Great experience!! The dentist is not really where most of us want to be, but if you need to go or want a cleaning this is the place. Wonderful front desk, dental hygienist rocked and Dr V was a fountain of knowledge, explaining everything going on in my mouth and having gone on with my teeth. Thank you!
