Poorly Staffed, Poorly Cleaned, No one has any idea what's going on with the residents and no one cares. Full garbage cans, full laundry hampers, dirty linen... OVERCROWDED AND EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR INITIATIVE BEING TAKEN BY CURRENT STAFF. Don't ask them questions because they will just act like they're too busy for you and keep passing you off to another employee that doesn't want anything to do with you. My Aunt's teeth look like they havent been brushed in weeks and definitely wasn't bathed recently either. Met with some other residents, who say that the facility is

I’m surprised that a place can stay in business that can’t keep it warm. My room has no heat the heater only blows AC. My call bell I rang was not answered so after 30 minutes I had to wheelchair down to get there attention to get my pain meds. The bed is only a cheap padded bed.
I was moved to a room with heat after three days.
The employees seem very kind but I think they are very short handed and need more people working here.
Physical therapy is very lacking.
Only 2 full time therapist as far as I know.
They are very good therapist but again not enough.

I wish I could stay a little longer because I love this place! I love it, I'm gonna miss it-I'm gonna miss the staff-especially Mama Lyndsi, Lyric sister, Caden brother, the best social worker in the world Katey, Chris the nurse, Dennis-I'm gonna miss him and Lyndsi the most! They've helped me out a lot!
